Fast, excellent customer service from delivery guys, they helped me to unbox my 85 inch tv, helped with setup and threw all boxes an materials away

It's been about a year since i purchased this TV and most say i couldn't be more happy with it. The picture is perfect, the sound is high quality and the color is vivid. Not to mention the extra features like all of the free channels plus the pre-installed apps. The magic remote is also great and easy to use. I'm still thrilled about my purchase and I got a great sale price as well! I'll update again soon.

They delivered it very fast and installed it quickly

The installation team was very friendly, courteous and professional. They quickly went about removing the existing microwave oven, assessed the installation space and completed installation of the new microwave in less than 15 minutes, then checked the operation to make sure it was operating correctly before they left. The professional installation was well worth the cost. I highly recommend using this service.

Excellent home delivery and installation. I did my own measuring before hand and was a little off by a half inch with my double wall oven and an eight of an inch off on gas cooktop. After presented with my options from the installers they were able to cut out the back of my cabinet and trim down the granite counter on site to make my Dream kitchen work. Everything is perfect. My first Major appliance purchases from Best Buy and I could not be more pleased. After placing my order and mentioning to a girlfriend about my kitchen makeover and purchase of a fridge, wall oven, cooktop and microwave package from Best Buy I was kind of nervous because she shared that she heard horror stories about installation and service - turns out she was just hating on my new kitchen LOL because it has been 3 weeks since my delivery and installation and I am just making the time to write this review because I’ve been too busy enjoying and cooking in my new kitchen. Thanks Best Buy - you have a new fan for life. From store service, purchase, delivery and installation I could not be more pleased!!

The delivery was extremely smooth and on time! The workers were helpful and extremely nice. I had in home delivery, they put the tv exactly where I asked and were very quick!

The guys that came to my deliver and hook up my washer and dryer were very quick & efficient! They brought both appliances up to my 3rd floor apartment with no trouble and set everything up. Entire service from delivery to setup only took them about 20-30 mins!

From purchasing to home delivery/hookup/& hauling away old refrigerator. Best Buy team was exceptional and very professional on their jobs.

I have only had the fridge two days and so far everything is working as it is supposed too. No defects or delivery damage. Best Buy delivery guys were swift and efficient. I love the fridge. I have been on YouTube, uploading photos, watching YouTube to show me how to do everything properly. Best purchase I have made so far. I was able to make YouTube and Facebook shortcuts on the fridge by watching YouTube videos.

My packages arrived in time for the holidays. Most the most part everything was in good order accept for one speaker stand. One of the legs arrived broken. Best Buy had no issue taking back the item and paid a refund. Great job Best Buy! Customer service is everything!
