Best Buy’s delivery and installation team was excellent! They came yesterday and did an amazing job. The installers were very professional, detail-oriented, and even gave me a great recommendation for the TV mount that would best support my 98-inch TV. They mounted it perfectly and had everything completed in less than an hour. I’m extremely satisfied with their service and highly recommend Best Buy for delivery and installation.

Managed to find this in-stock during peak pandemic freakout in April 2020. We had considered buying a new freezer for quite some time because our freezer is small and awkward. I had wanted a chest freezer but after having this delivered and packing it with food, I am glad we ended up with an upright freezer instead of a chest. Not too big for food to get lost in as can be the case with a chest. A few bucks more than a chest freezer but worth the extra cost. Would be nice if there was storage on the doors, but that would make this unit much larger. Perfect for two people. Runs quiet and does the job. We have multiple Insignia products in our home that have been very reliable and the pricing very fair. We also have VERY narrow stairs leading to the basement in our old home with a 90 degree turn halfway down and we had no problem navigating the freezer down the stairs. Good little freezer for a very fair price.

Let me preface this review with the fact that my out going washer and dryer were LG's and 15 years old. The replacement was due to my washer started leaking and the search began. I have no brand loyalty, but the new LG washers and dryers are so beautiful, if a washer and dryer can be called that. I weighed the options between them and the alternatives, including the model right above the pair I bought and found this pair to be the best option for my purposes. I was specifically looking for the largest tubs, rust resistant detergent, softner and bleach reservoirs. My last washer had a metal bleach reservoir that rusted and the rust would stain my whites. I also realized that I don't use more than one or two different cycles on either machine, so the upgrade to the top models, above the machines I bought weren't necessary. My washer came with about 7 cycles versus, I think 22 cycles for $200 more on the next LG model up. $400's difference if you are buying the matching dryer to that model. I chose the LG over the equivalent SAMSUNG washer because the LG provided 200 more revolutions per minute than the SAMSUNG. The SAMSUNG washer had something like 750 revolutions per minute and the LG washer had something like 950. The LG's were about $100 more than the equivalent SAMSUNG versions, but I felt that the more revolutions would give a better contribution to keeping my clothes clean. The choice in dryer was simple at this point, I wanted the matching set. I realize this is a vain approach, seeing as though my previous dryer still functioned fine, but I wouldn't have it any other way.
