Best Buy’s delivery and installation team was excellent! They came yesterday and did an amazing job. The installers were very professional, detail-oriented, and even gave me a great recommendation for the TV mount that would best support my 98-inch TV. They mounted it perfectly and had everything completed in less than an hour. I’m extremely satisfied with their service and highly recommend Best Buy for delivery and installation.

We are very happy with our purchase of the Samsung 36 in Side by Side Bespoke refrigerator (White/Glass). It is large and roomy but not oversized, makes 2 sizes of ice and the ice maker and does not take away from the amount of available space in the freezer as our old one did. It looks absolutely beautiful in our kitchen. There is a water pitcher with a (fruit) difuser in the doorway that refills itself after a glass of water has been is poured. Love this feature. Our other favorite is the touchless door open feature. We just wave our hand over the sensor and the door opens. The refrigerator is easier to keep clean (fingerprints). Wipes easily inside and out. If we have an item too large (tall) to fit, there is a drop down shelf to provide extra room ~ who knew? Thanks! We can also connect to wifi and will know via the Samsung app if there is an issue with the refrigerator. We originally wanted stainless steel but it was not available. We were skeptical about the white glass but I am glad we did purchase it. Looks sleek and clean in our kitchen and fingerprints are not as visible. The only cons we have so far, are the missing deli shelf, the overshelf tray that sits above the fruit/vegetable bin does'nt sit well; its moves (is unsteady) when the vegetable bin is pulled out. Seems like everything placed on the that shelf may fall. There could have been some built in grooves to set the overshelf tray in so they're not so easily moved. We also lose some space in the refrigerator from the location of the water filter. Its next to the second fruit/vegetabe bin at the bottom of the refrigerator. But, thus far, we're making it work because we have sooo much more room throughout thr refrigerator. All-in-all, we're pleased with the refrigerator. Thecons are very minor compared with the ultimate purpose of us purchasing it, which eas more room. The cost was more than we onte ded to spend but with all the features and extra room, for us, it was worth it. Hope this helps anyone considering purchasing this refrigerator.

Managed to find this in-stock during peak pandemic freakout in April 2020. We had considered buying a new freezer for quite some time because our freezer is small and awkward. I had wanted a chest freezer but after having this delivered and packing it with food, I am glad we ended up with an upright freezer instead of a chest. Not too big for food to get lost in as can be the case with a chest. A few bucks more than a chest freezer but worth the extra cost. Would be nice if there was storage on the doors, but that would make this unit much larger. Perfect for two people. Runs quiet and does the job. We have multiple Insignia products in our home that have been very reliable and the pricing very fair. We also have VERY narrow stairs leading to the basement in our old home with a 90 degree turn halfway down and we had no problem navigating the freezer down the stairs. Good little freezer for a very fair price.
