Q: Do I tip your appliance delivery guys if they also haul away my old stove
A: "Best Buy stipulates a policy that prohibits tipping of Best Buy employees and service providers as of 2022. This means customers are not allowed to tip Best By delivery drivers, installers, and Geek Squad workers. The policy also emphasizes that when a customer pays for a product and service, they have fully paid for the purchase."
A: Return your purchase and buy from somewhere else. We have been given 4 6 hour delivery install windows over the last 2 months and We have yet to receive our TV. Absolutely the worst experience I have ever had. Unless you can haul your large appliances and TV on your truck, go somewhere that will actually respect your time and keep thier promise

A: Don't count on Best Buy promising to deliver at a specific time. They seem to have a serious problem managing home deliveries.

A: My home got damaged during delivery. The worst company to deal with. it has been 5 month since I reported the claim. Ever time I call and email they ask me to report it again. I stop buying with them and canceled all my credit card that I had from best buy. God Luck with this creep company.
Q: what is the charge for delivery and install plus takeaway of a washer and dryer set?
A: All free. If you look at brochure for Best Buy appliances, especially for washers and dryers which was right by the cash register in the washer dryer department, I found a sentence that said haul away of both items were free. I had already been told delivery was free so when my sales man said the haul away was $50 for each washer and dryer I pointed out to him what their own brochure said and all three were free !

A: Best Buy have the worst delivery system and worst customer service I have ever experienced

A: Bought a cat litter robot 4, and a company called Roadie just delivered. I didn't ask Best Buy to send a 3rd company to deliver. I am a Best Buy Elite member and my stuff says free shipping. I'm not tipping some 3rd delivery service, maybe Best Buy should deliver, and not put a customer in awkward position.
A: Best Buy does not care, they have wasted 3 of my days and still do not have my TV. My answer to your problem never shop at Best Buy again. That is how you solve this problem
