    A: Return your purchase and buy from somewhere else. We have been given 4 6 hour delivery install windows over the last 2 months and We have yet to receive our TV. Absolutely the worst experience I have ever had. Unless you can haul your large appliances and TV on your truck, go somewhere that will actually respect your time and keep thier promise

    A: My home got damaged during delivery. The worst company to deal with. it has been 5 month since I reported the claim. Ever time I call and email they ask me to report it again. I stop buying with them and canceled all my credit card that I had from best buy. God Luck with this creep company.

    A: All free. If you look at brochure for Best Buy appliances, especially for washers and dryers which was right by the cash register in the washer dryer department, I found a sentence that said haul away of both items were free. I had already been told delivery was free so when my sales man said the haul away was $50 for each washer and dryer I pointed out to him what their own brochure said and all three were free !

    A: Best Buy have the worst delivery system and worst customer service I have ever experienced

    A: Bought a cat litter robot 4, and a company called Roadie just delivered. I didn't ask Best Buy to send a 3rd company to deliver. I am a Best Buy Elite member and my stuff says free shipping. I'm not tipping some 3rd delivery service, maybe Best Buy should deliver, and not put a customer in awkward position.

    A: So sorry that happened to you! I understand how incredibly frustrating it can be to have something happen to a purchase. I’d recommend contacting your local Best Buy store and explaining the situation. There team members go above and beyond to assist you. They may have the TV you purchased in stock and depending on the damage may be able to exchange your defective/damaged TV so you’d be able to have it the same day. If not, you can request they deliver it to the store and you can pick it up to make sure it wasn’t damaged during shipping. If none of this proves satisfactory; please contact Best Buy’s corporate office by phone or email. Best Buy is a reputable company and they are excellent with assisting any issues that arise.
