Bought a cat litter robot 4, and a company called Roadie just delivered. I didn't ask Best Buy to send a 3rd company to deliver. I am a Best Buy Elite member and my stuff says free shipping. I'm not tipping some 3rd delivery service, maybe Best Buy should deliver, and not put a customer in awkward position.
