If you look at brochure for Best Buy appliances, especially for washers and dryers which was right by the cash register in the washer dryer department, I found a sentence that said haul away of both items were free. I had already been told delivery was free so when my sales man said the haul away was $50 for each washer and dryer I pointed out to him what their own brochure said and all three were free !

Well they just told me they won’t do it and I have to schedule the Geek squad to come out and change it. The handles weren’t even on the door yet so I’m not sure why he couldn’t just put it on the other side and flip the door as we were told they’d do! Who wants to wait and schedule yet another person to come do this
