QuestionHow do I know a delivery is going to the right home address? When I try to do delivery, it only lets me choose a ZIP code which doesn't tell me anything except that the package is going somewhere in a large area.

- Answer I purchased a new washer a few months ago (replacing one I had previously bought years ago from the same store) and the delivery men took it downstairs, set it up, made sure it worked and took away all debris. Delivery was excellent and the delivery person was also.
