Does the induction range come with a cord? null

Mine was included, you have to purchase separately, at least I did!

Non they don't. You should buy a new one, using the old cord will void the warranty.

YES, it comes with it (6 ft) and IF delivered by BestBuy they will wire it to the range, depending upon the type of receptacle (3 or 4 prongs / wires) you have. They bring both cords with them and attach the correct one after seeing your receptacle.
