Best Buy’s delivery and installation team was excellent! They came yesterday and did an amazing job. The installers were very professional, detail-oriented, and even gave me a great recommendation for the TV mount that would best support my 98-inch TV. They mounted it perfectly and had everything completed in less than an hour. I’m extremely satisfied with their service and highly recommend Best Buy for delivery and installation.

We purchased a Kitchen Aid dishwasher. The sales associate was very helpful and a swered all the questions we had and assured us that the dishwasher would fit, based on our measurements. The installers were excellent and the install went quickly and with perfection.

The Best Buy delivery representative contacted me the day before delivery, to ensure I would be available during a window of time they would be delivering my 85" Samsung TV. While the initial delivery was scheduled between 7am to 7pm, the window of time was shortened to a more precise time of 12pm to 4pm, per the call I received the day before delivery. Then, on the day of delivery, I was contacted again that they would be arriving at 12:20pm. I was very impressed with that communication and prompt timing. The two Best Buy delivery representatives were very polite and put my TV exactly where I asked them to place it. Would definitely use Best Buy delivery service again and highly recommend it.

Managed to find this in-stock during peak pandemic freakout in April 2020. We had considered buying a new freezer for quite some time because our freezer is small and awkward. I had wanted a chest freezer but after having this delivered and packing it with food, I am glad we ended up with an upright freezer instead of a chest. Not too big for food to get lost in as can be the case with a chest. A few bucks more than a chest freezer but worth the extra cost. Would be nice if there was storage on the doors, but that would make this unit much larger. Perfect for two people. Runs quiet and does the job. We have multiple Insignia products in our home that have been very reliable and the pricing very fair. We also have VERY narrow stairs leading to the basement in our old home with a 90 degree turn halfway down and we had no problem navigating the freezer down the stairs. Good little freezer for a very fair price.

Best Buy contracted with delivery & install company was A&C Delivery Inc. Oakland Ca. The two men were very professional. measured the doors and entrance spaces and strapped the old fridge and carried it out of the house, never touching the inside floors. They spent allot of time carefully cutting and trimming the protective shrink wrap on the fridge. The delivery company men were always professional from beginning to end. Remember to tip them well !!!! I will only use best buy in the future needs.

This TV is great, the colors are so bright and vivid. I love the size of it and it is so easy to use. I have already watched some of my favorite movies on it and it has made them so much more enjoyable. I didn't think I would like a TV so much, but I do. It came at a perfect time, because my previous TV stopped working and I was in the market doing research on what I should replace it with. This Hisense was the perfect fit for my needs, the size and picture quality fits my space perfectly. I can't wait to host family and friends to show them my new TV. The Dolby Vision makes movies look so much more crisp and life like, I really enjoy watching while using this feature. There is no lag when watching TV, the picture transition is very smooth and seamless. Fast moving scenes just move flawlessly across the screen, such an enjoyable TV to watch sports and action movies on. Highly recommend buying if you're in the market for a new television. If you enjoy watching movies and sports, get this TV.

I consider myself lucky to have this TV in my living room. It is very comfortable for my eyes, has no glare—an experience I’ve never had before—and displays beautiful colors and great picture quality. I needed a new big-screen TV, so I went to Best Buy to look at a 75" TV that was advertised for $599. While I was there, I noticed the Samsung S95D TV. The clarity and comfort for my eyes were remarkable, prompting me to go back and forth between this TV and others in the store. After speaking with a store assistant, I learned that this was Samsung's first non-glare TV released in 2024. However, the price was $5,000. Wow! Even though that was a hefty price, I decided I had to get this TV because I had never experienced such comfortable viewing before. I’m extremely happy with my purchase; it is worth every penny. I don’t think there is any other TV like the S95D when it comes to glare. Watching TV, even YouTube channels, is nothing like it was before. If you’re annoyed by glare, like I used to be with my old TV—with a window on the right and a kitchen door behind me facing the screen—this is an amazing option. The difference in glare, color, and picture quality compared to my previous TV is astounding. The sound is a bit low, but it's suitable for small rooms. This isn’t a problem for me because I have a home theater system. I love this TV so much, and I hope it lasts as long as my previous TV did. So far, I’ve been enjoying it for five months since I bought it in September 2024. Initially, I wanted to have the TV's sound and my subwoofer connected through my DAC via optical output simultaneously without turning on the home theater receiver. At first, I thought this TV didn’t have this feature, and even Samsung customer support couldn’t help me. I was surprised that a TV at this price point wouldn't offer such a feature. However, the following day, I found the option in the sound settings menu. I can have TV sound and external output at the same time as I need. I couldn’t believe that the Samsung support team hadn’t been able to provide guidance on a feature that already existed on the TV. Despite the support, this TV is amazing and fulfills my needs perfectly. Great job, Samsung!

For the size and performance, the price feels unbeatable. Then I got a Hisense, which was amazing, is a true upgrade for my home, and I couldn’t be happier with my purchase at Best Buy. We chose to have Delivery and installation by Best Buy over doing it ourselves to save money. We chose our date, Best Buy gave us a 4 hour block for delivery, they called the day before to confirm they’re expected delivery, and called to notify us they were on the way. Delivery was actually earlier than expected, quick, efficient service and cleanup excellent. Better yet was that the whole process was free and part of Best Buy’s customer service experience!

My delivery went very smoothly. My diswasher delivery arrived within the first 45 minutes of the several hour time frame that I was provided the day prior to scheduled delivery date. The two gentlemen who delivered the dishwasher were extremely careful and tidy. I did not have to lift a finger for the removal of my old machine and the install of the new machine. I was instructed and shown the proper care and workings of my new dishwasher. Please give my home delivery men a huge raise! They deserve it, especially since I will be a repeat customer that includes home delivery!

This replaced a 77" LG OLED TV. It served me and my family well, but it was time to upgrade. This TV isn't OLED but probably the closest you will get to OLED quality. The colors are much more rich, vibrant, and accurate compared to the other older LCD TVs in my house. This TV can get bright as well to help combat glare in bright rooms. The fact it can get bright and still maintain pretty deep black levels is amazing. There is a color enhancement setting that you can turn on that will make them "pop" even more, but I leave it off as I think it makes the colors look a bit too saturated. 4K and 1080p picture quality are both beautiful. 720p broadcast tv quality on YouTube TV looks decent. Don't let this sway your decision as this will likely be an issue for all TV's in the 65"+ range. It doesn't look terrible but you can notice a bit of blurriness and compression artifacts in certain areas. There are a few sports games that broadcast in 4K on YouTube TV, and they look great! The absolute best picture quality will come from 4k blue ray content as content on Blu Ray media is typically uncompressed. You can adjust a few settings to your taste for picture quality. There are also several sound modes to choose from. The sound is not bad (you may want to adjust the sound settings). There is solid base as there is a mini subwoofer built into the rear of the tv, and the sound seems to emit from the rear as well). The quality of the sound is prefect and it can get REALLY loud. Turning the volume just to about 18 is more than enough for my family room, though I'd still recommend an external sound setup. There are 4 HDMI ports. one 4k-144hz port, one 4k-120hz port and two 4k 60hz ports (one with eARC). There is an Ethernet port which appears to only be 100Mbps as I could not pull more than 90mbps with a speed test on a gigabit internet connection, but I could pull around 200mbps on Wi-Fi using speed test app I downloaded on the tv. There is a rubber strap on the back of the tv in the lower middle and there are slots in the TV stand for you to run your cables through to keep everything looking neat. With everything said, in terms of price and quality, this tv is worth every penny!

I have been on the lookout for quite a while now, for a refrigerator that my family can use for some extra storage space in the garage. After a lot of searching different refrigerators online, I finally decided to settle on this particular one. Delivery was great. Got all emails and calls prior to delivery and even when they were thirty minutes away on the day of delivery. The delivery guys placed the fridge which was wrapped up on a pallet in my garage. I unwrapped everything as soon as I got it delivered and there was not a scratch or dent on it which I was pleasantly surprised by. I had outlets installed in my garage in the past and had a dedicated one ready for when I got the fridge. As soon as I plugged it in, the fridge started up and reached its internal temperature for both the refrigerator part and the freezer. Both sides run great and have not had any issues with it since I received it a few months ago. It runs very quiet and actually have to put my ear next to it sometimes just to make sure it is working, that is how quiet it is. Being in the garage there are temperature swings, but this fridge handles it easily. We have so much more room now, especially when we entertain for family around the holidays. Happy to have the extra room we so desperately needed for extra food that we need to store when we have family and friends over. Great fridge/freezer combo at even a greater price point. Love it!

I even asked them how many deliveries they do in a day—they said that fridge was number 23, and they still had seven more to go!
