The installation team arrived on time, and kept me informed on their arrival. They thoroughly went over the installation before they began. They took less than an hour to take down the old TV hang the new TV and install an in wall wire kit. They then thoroughly explained the operation of the TV. Before they left, they cleaned up the area, and they hauled off all shipping materials. The installers were knowledgeable and friendly. I will use them again in the future.

Love this chair! I purchased the 3D, was too wide and was not able to fit in designated area. I purchased the 2D, and it fit perfectly. This chair has less features than 3D. But it awesome as well. Thanks Alberto! He said hw would do his best to make this one fit, and he did!!

They did an awesome job delivering my 85 inch tv . They employees were on time, friendly, and very professional. They went above and beyond to make sure I was satisfied in a timely and efficient manner. I count on Best Buy to deliver excellency every time .

Geek squard was amazing on the 100” delivery and install. They advise me not to install tv wall myself so they can make sure it is mounted to satisfactory. They Ade sure i was happy with placement. Very noce group of guys. The carried this 100” up two story tight walkway flawless

Awesome delivery crew!! My wife and I were not expecting to get our new refrigerator delivered today. We were going through the pre delivery checklist and found our new refrigerator was 3 inches too large to get to our kitchen. We explained this to our delivery crew. They said they would take a look. After looking over doors counters etc they said it would not be a problem. This is a 30 cubic ft refrigerator. By manipulating the doors opening and closing just right they were able to get it through the front door. Then the kitchen bar area they actually lifted the refrigerator over the bar counter top and carried it through to get to the units final location. Hooked it all up and explained operation and we were all set. All of this in 30 minutes or less and yes they hauled our old unit away too. My wife and I had really been disappointed before they arrived thinking they would have to take our new refrigerator back to the store.

Excellent! They called with eta, and called when the arrived. I was at work and they called with question my wife couldn't answer. There was an issue with dryer cord and outlet that needed to be upgraded. They were not permitted to hook it up as is and explained it to me. I was clear on what needed to be done by me when got home. A supervisor from dispatch even called later to make sure it was explained properly by installers.

The guys were awesome moving the new and the old refrigerators. My door was small so one of them pull parts apart to make it work. They also mi es the old one to the basement and again they were ver knowledgeable on what they need to do to have the work done! Good job guys! Worth it to pay for this service so I did t have to do it myself.

Delivery with in the original time frame we were give. The young man the brought it to our house was more then pleasant and helpful.

Amazing service! We were able to easily set up an appointment and they were wonderful at communicating. We were notified on the timeframe the day of and they let us know when we were on our way. Item was delivered in perfect condition and the delivery guy was super nice and helpful. 10/10 would recommend for your big, expensive purchases to ensure it remains in great condition through transport. Love Best Buy so much!

Team from Best Buy arrived on time, removed shoes, went to work efficiently, installed the home theater, took time to make sure we were connected and everything was in good working order before they left.

Best Buy does a really good job at home delivery. You don’t have to worry about your TV or other items breaking on the way to your house. Everything they deliver is secure and arrives quickly.

Delivery was fantastic. Called day before with a 4 hr window (7-11) but did say we were the 1st stop. So expect them early. They showed up at 7 am and had my fridge in the kitchen with in 10 mins. They were amazing. Wish i knew the guys names. Would highly recommend them.

This is the second TV I bought for our new apartment. The TV is clear, has apps to download, is large enough for bedroom and livingroom(it’s a small apartment). Can be put on your Amazon acct. This TV rocks!! Thinking about purchasing a 3rd!!! And before you get to flapping ya gums about the pic, my phone is old and and the pic is really clear in person so bye!! And to the actress in my photos, sorry girl!!! Don’t mean to catch you like that.

Super helpful we purchased one tv and had an issue with it upon install they let us know and took the new tv back to the store. We then had to select a new tv and for our troubles the management there at the best buy in manhattan ks helped us out so much we left happier than before. They then installed the new tv for us the next morning we were over the moon with their service!!!

I had a great experience with the delivery company! They delivered and installed my new Frigidaire - Gallery 6.0 Cu. Ft Stainless Steel stove right on time and handled everything with care. The gentleman were professional, polite, and efficient. They made sure everything was working properly before they left and even cleaned up after themselves. It was a smooth and stress-free experience from start to finish. I’d definitely recommend them and the product to anyone needing appliance delivery and installation. The stove is beautiful and matches well with the rest of my appliances!

Excellent picture, vivid colors and crisp details. Haven’t even opened all the apps as yet. Installation team was efficient and professional. Basically a plug and play unit with just my hdmi cable to my satellite TV/router. Will be looking to add surround sound to enhance the whole TV viewing experience. Very happy with this purchase!
