The stove was delivered earlier than stated which made me very happy!!! Personnel were professional n very careful with the stove. I live in an apt which made it interesting but mission accomplished!!!

Delivery driver called ten minutes before scheduled delivery time. He informed us they where on their way. Two gentlemen carried in our new 65inch Samsung TV. Asked where I'd like placed. Both where very pleasant. We couldn't have been more pleased.

I had a 100 inch tv delivered and installed. Service was prompt and the delivery people were very professional and did great work in taking care to deliver and install the tv. I have all the confidence in Best Buy home delivery.

The delivery and install process was very smooth, efficient and quick.

From a former delivery driver of 20 yrs, the guys that delivered my fridge were very professional, fast and careful. They removed the old fridge and brought the new one in, hooked up the water line and ensured the fridge was level and working before they left. I would have them back any time.

Compared to other competitors within the same price range this is got to be hands-down one of the best TV in 2025 giving you a nice quality and at an affordable price giving you good quality good response time and you can gain without lagging

The delivery was amazing, on time and very professional. The installation went way quicker than expected and the installer was great , he explained every step prior to installing my LG C5 TV. Best Buy is the go to for me!

Home Depot knocked it out of the park with my freezer delivery! The team showed up right on time, handled everything with care, and had my stand-up freezer in place before I could even say “frozen solid.” They were professional, friendly, and made the whole process completely stress-free. Honestly, the delivery was smoother than ice — and now my freezer’s ready to keep everything chilly. Great job, Home Depot crew!

The two delivery drivers were amazing! They showed up when they said, they were nice, and they were willing to do whatever needed done to get the item in the house! I was in the process of removing a door, and they came right over to give me a hand with it, and even offered to help me put it back up before they left!!! 10000/10 great workers, both deserve a raise!!!

Incredible team. Fast delivery. Everyone was super helpful and very kind and respectful. They brought it up 3 flights of stairs for me because I could not.

Our home delivery was amazing and so smooth to get through! The guy that dropped it off was very strong & polite. He placed it right where I wanted it. So the delivery does not come with set up which I was not made aware of. (I thought I read somewhere that it did) but that didn’t matter! I am tech savvy. It took me all of 10 mins to have it up and running! But the delivery guy was RIGHT ON TIME, if not EARLY! Very nice & very polite! 1,000% approval from me! Also fun fact: he carried my tv in with one hand….65”…..WOW!! :)

The purchase and delivery was A1 service. No delays, arrived on time, the drivers were great; courteous and overall great experience. I never have any issues purchasing from Best Buy.

TV is still working after a few years. Definitely was worth the money. Best buy always has the best quality honestly. It's a tcl so I'm honestly shocked, I'm use to using bigger brand names.

Love this chair! I purchased the 3D, was too wide and was not able to fit in designated area. I purchased the 2D, and it fit perfectly. This chair has less features than 3D. But it awesome as well. Thanks Alberto! He said hw would do his best to make this one fit, and he did!!

The microwave works well. The only thing that I don’t like is the light underneath is a dim orangish color light. I would like it to be brighter so I can use it as a nightlight.

Two Geek Squad members came and were very fast and professional at installation and removing old dish washer.

The guys were awesome. We had a plumbing issue we didnt expect. They were able to see the issue before installation and was able to tell us perfectly what needed to be done to fix the issue before the installation. If it wasnt for them, it could have been installed wrong and flooded our house. We were very thankful to have their experience and honest problem solving skills to get us to where we need to be! Super helpful and kind and we are thankful to have been sent these guys! Thanks again Best Buy, just gives us even more reason to keep shopping with you!

I moved to a remote location, have no transportation and no appliance stores were close to me. So having a washer and dryer delievered to me in two days was really nice. The delivreymen were fast and helpful too

Geek squard was amazing on the 100” delivery and install. They advise me not to install tv wall myself so they can make sure it is mounted to satisfactory. They Ade sure i was happy with placement. Very noce group of guys. The carried this 100” up two story tight walkway flawless

BestBuy delivery service was great. Received several reminders about pending delivery starting about a week out from the delivery date. On the delivery day, driver called about 20 minutes out from the residence to inform he was near and then called again once he arrived. The 75 inch TV was delivered without any issues and worked great out of the box.
