Great capacity, super easy install and setup! We were able to move it in by ourselves and the delivery guys were very kind and helpful. It's not the quietest machine but it's not loud or obnoxious either. A great value for the price

They arrived right on time and worked together seamlessly to get my TV installed perfectly. It’s centered, secure, and the setup is super clean—with all the wires hidden just the way I wanted. They also took the time to answer my questions and made sure everything was working before they left. I genuinely appreciated their attention to detail and great customer service. If you need a TV installation done right, ask for James and Tyler—you won’t be disappointed!

The home delivery was perfect. While the two men were not very happy about how they had to access the house, they did a great job with what they had. It was quick and painless.

We give 5 stars for Best Buy Home delivery of our new 75" tv ! The scheduling was easy . The emails and info before delivery were extremely helpful. The guys showed up on time and were very courteous and professional . They placed the tv exactly where I wanted it .Much appreciated with such a big item . There was no way I would have been able to move this myself . Would recommend !

Our home delivery was amazing and so smooth to get through! The guy that dropped it off was very strong & polite. He placed it right where I wanted it. So the delivery does not come with set up which I was not made aware of. (I thought I read somewhere that it did) but that didn’t matter! I am tech savvy. It took me all of 10 mins to have it up and running! But the delivery guy was RIGHT ON TIME, if not EARLY! Very nice & very polite! 1,000% approval from me! Also fun fact: he carried my tv in with one hand….65”…..WOW!! :)

From a former delivery driver of 20 yrs, the guys that delivered my fridge were very professional, fast and careful. They removed the old fridge and brought the new one in, hooked up the water line and ensured the fridge was level and working before they left. I would have them back any time.

The delivery and install process was very smooth, efficient and quick.

The guys were awesome. We had a plumbing issue we didnt expect. They were able to see the issue before installation and was able to tell us perfectly what needed to be done to fix the issue before the installation. If it wasnt for them, it could have been installed wrong and flooded our house. We were very thankful to have their experience and honest problem solving skills to get us to where we need to be! Super helpful and kind and we are thankful to have been sent these guys! Thanks again Best Buy, just gives us even more reason to keep shopping with you!

Home Depot knocked it out of the park with my freezer delivery! The team showed up right on time, handled everything with care, and had my stand-up freezer in place before I could even say “frozen solid.” They were professional, friendly, and made the whole process completely stress-free. Honestly, the delivery was smoother than ice — and now my freezer’s ready to keep everything chilly. Great job, Home Depot crew!

The two delivery drivers were amazing! They showed up when they said, they were nice, and they were willing to do whatever needed done to get the item in the house! I was in the process of removing a door, and they came right over to give me a hand with it, and even offered to help me put it back up before they left!!! 10000/10 great workers, both deserve a raise!!!

This small washer can handle comforters. We have a tight laundry room space so when our trusty Sears Kenmore finally tapped out after 18 years, I thought we were doomed to laundromat trips for comforters and huge beddings. AJ at the Signal Hill store is a human database of everything you need to know panel knobs vs. touch screen, capacity in conjunction to size and space allotment, loading, agitator vs. no agitator, and brand levels vs. makers. I love the clear lid so I can check the water level and load distribution. The installers actually arrived ahead of time. Gratitude from start to finish.

I recently purchased the 65" Hisense u7 and fell in love. I decided to upgrade the living room tv to the Hisense 100" QD6 series and man im glad I did! With this tv having over 1 billion shades of vivid color every picture is crisp and vibrant making this tv great for any occasion from movie nights to playing games. When I do play games it almost seems like im in the stadium. Movie night has gotten alot better with the size and picture this tv puts out! Set-Up was a breeze. You will need two people to install as this tv is on the heavier side but that is to be expected being a 100" tv the sound is also amazing i did not need my soundbar. This will be my 4th hisense tv this year I have upgraded every room and im glad I did Hisense just keeps hitting it out of the park

The delivery men that arrived were very professional. I felt bad cause the stove was defected. He immediately called to report the defect missing screw on the bottom of the stove and the side panel showed the screw was detached and could not be fixed. I was offered to keep the stove. and would be given 200.00 to keep the stove. but after the installation the draw did not close properly and requested they take the stove back. I was asked to call Best Buy to request a new delivery because the men were behind on the other delivery.

Two Geek Squad members came and were very fast and professional at installation and removing old dish washer.

BestBuy delivery service was great. Received several reminders about pending delivery starting about a week out from the delivery date. On the delivery day, driver called about 20 minutes out from the residence to inform he was near and then called again once he arrived. The 75 inch TV was delivered without any issues and worked great out of the box.

The team was great and on time . they also gave me multiple heads up and I didn’t have to move a muscle! I highly recommend Best Buy . I have spent a lot with you guys and I definitely will be ordering in the future DEFINITELY IF I WIN . Best Buy products are the best and they mean it when it says Best Buy !

Best Buy’s website provided all the necessary information to make the best informed decision to purchase the item we needed with the options we wanted. Furthermore delivery was efficient and fast. The delivery folks were able to navigate tight spaces and install quickly as well as turn on. Most of all we loved that Best Buy delivered the product so quickly.

Adan was the primary delivery person. He and his colleague got a refrigerator in place quickly and without difficulty. With 1/2 inch clearance, they carried it through without touching the doorway. Both were professional and cheerful.
