Best Buy contracted with delivery & install company was A&C Delivery Inc. Oakland Ca. The two men were very professional. measured the doors and entrance spaces and strapped the old fridge and carried it out of the house, never touching the inside floors. They spent allot of time carefully cutting and trimming the protective shrink wrap on the fridge. The delivery company men were always professional from beginning to end. Remember to tip them well !!!! I will only use best buy in the future needs.

I recently picked up the 75-inch Sony and I’m blown away by the quality. The picture is stunning bright, colorful, and sharp from every angle. Movies look cinematic, sports are smooth with no lag, and even regular shows feel upgraded. The built-in Google TV makes it easy to stream everything in one place, and the setup was quick and simple. For the size and performance, the price feels unbeatable. Then I got a Hisense, which was amazing, is a true upgrade for my home, and I couldn’t be happier with my purchase at Best Buy. Highly recommend it to anyone looking for a big-screen experience without breaking the bank!

My delivery went very smoothly. My diswasher delivery arrived within the first 45 minutes of the several hour time frame that I was provided the day prior to scheduled delivery date. The two gentlemen who delivered the dishwasher were extremely careful and tidy. I did not have to lift a finger for the removal of my old machine and the install of the new machine. I was instructed and shown the proper care and workings of my new dishwasher. Please give my home delivery men a huge raise! They deserve it, especially since I will be a repeat customer that includes home delivery!

I had a great experience with all my deliveries this month. I ordered 2 TV’s and they both arrived on time and in great condition. I live in the third floor and they guys delivering my tv did such a great job being careful going up the stairs. I am now enjoying my tv at home and am so happy that I made this purchase.

We chose to have Delivery and installation by Best Buy over doing it ourselves to save money. We chose our date, Best Buy gave us a 4 hour block for delivery, they called the day before to confirm they’re expected delivery, and called to notify us they were on the way. Delivery was actually earlier than expected, quick, efficient service and cleanup excellent. Better yet was that the whole process was free and part of Best Buy’s customer service experience!

I had my Whirlpool refrigerator delivered recently, and the experience was excellent. Two men arrived, handled everything professionally, and were in and out quickly. I even asked them how many deliveries they do in a day—they said that fridge was number 23, and they still had seven more to go! I’ve always chosen household names like Best Buy because I can depend on their quality service, and this delivery absolutely confirmed why. Fast, efficient, and reliable—highly recommend!

The team not only arrived early, they called ahead with their ETA and was very careful when entering my new home. Installation went very well and he took time to explain everything. He identified that the sales rep did not include a required piece but provided a solution so that I wouldn’t have to delay the install.

They arrived right in the middle of the delivery window. Had to stop the truck in the neighborhood road as my driveway is long and narrow so they carried the tv all the way up. They offered to bring it inside but with 2 dogs and a toddler i told them they could just leave it at the door

In love with this 86” TV. I bought it through & had it delivered/mounted through BestBuy. Service was perfect and the entire process was so quick. The TV itself bas been perfect, absolutely no issues. Quality is the best I’ve had. Rate Infinity/10

I have been on the lookout for quite a while now, for a refrigerator that my family can use for some extra storage space in the garage. After a lot of searching different refrigerators online, I finally decided to settle on this particular one. Delivery was great. Got all emails and calls prior to delivery and even when they were thirty minutes away on the day of delivery. The delivery guys placed the fridge which was wrapped up on a pallet in my garage. I unwrapped everything as soon as I got it delivered and there was not a scratch or dent on it which I was pleasantly surprised by. I had outlets installed in my garage in the past and had a dedicated one ready for when I got the fridge. As soon as I plugged it in, the fridge started up and reached its internal temperature for both the refrigerator part and the freezer. Both sides run great and have not had any issues with it since I received it a few months ago. It runs very quiet and actually have to put my ear next to it sometimes just to make sure it is working, that is how quiet it is. Being in the garage there are temperature swings, but this fridge handles it easily. We have so much more room now, especially when we entertain for family around the holidays. Happy to have the extra room we so desperately needed for extra food that we need to store when we have family and friends over. Great fridge/freezer combo at even a greater price point. Love it!

The home delivery was perfect. While the two men were not very happy about how they had to access the house, they did a great job with what they had. It was quick and painless.

We give 5 stars for Best Buy Home delivery of our new 75" tv ! The scheduling was easy . The emails and info before delivery were extremely helpful. The guys showed up on time and were very courteous and professional . They placed the tv exactly where I wanted it .Much appreciated with such a big item . There was no way I would have been able to move this myself . Would recommend !

Great capacity, super easy install and setup! We were able to move it in by ourselves and the delivery guys were very kind and helpful. It's not the quietest machine but it's not loud or obnoxious either. A great value for the price
