I recently purchased the 65" Hisense u7 and fell in love. I decided to upgrade the living room tv to the Hisense 100" QD6 series and man im glad I did! With this tv having over 1 billion shades of vivid color every picture is crisp and vibrant making this tv great for any occasion from movie nights to playing games. When I do play games it almost seems like im in the stadium. Movie night has gotten alot better with the size and picture this tv puts out! Set-Up was a breeze. You will need two people to install as this tv is on the heavier side but that is to be expected being a 100" tv the sound is also amazing i did not need my soundbar. This will be my 4th hisense tv this year I have upgraded every room and im glad I did Hisense just keeps hitting it out of the park

Awesome delivery crew!! My wife and I were not expecting to get our new refrigerator delivered today. We were going through the pre delivery checklist and found our new refrigerator was 3 inches too large to get to our kitchen. We explained this to our delivery crew. They said they would take a look. After looking over doors counters etc they said it would not be a problem. This is a 30 cubic ft refrigerator. By manipulating the doors opening and closing just right they were able to get it through the front door. Then the kitchen bar area they actually lifted the refrigerator over the bar counter top and carried it through to get to the units final location. Hooked it all up and explained operation and we were all set. All of this in 30 minutes or less and yes they hauled our old unit away too. My wife and I had really been disappointed before they arrived thinking they would have to take our new refrigerator back to the store.

This small washer can handle comforters. We have a tight laundry room space so when our trusty Sears Kenmore finally tapped out after 18 years, I thought we were doomed to laundromat trips for comforters and huge beddings. AJ at the Signal Hill store is a human database of everything you need to know panel knobs vs. touch screen, capacity in conjunction to size and space allotment, loading, agitator vs. no agitator, and brand levels vs. makers. I love the clear lid so I can check the water level and load distribution. The installers actually arrived ahead of time. Gratitude from start to finish.

The team was great and on time . they also gave me multiple heads up and I didn’t have to move a muscle! I highly recommend Best Buy . I have spent a lot with you guys and I definitely will be ordering in the future DEFINITELY IF I WIN . Best Buy products are the best and they mean it when it says Best Buy !

Best Buy’s website provided all the necessary information to make the best informed decision to purchase the item we needed with the options we wanted. Furthermore delivery was efficient and fast. The delivery folks were able to navigate tight spaces and install quickly as well as turn on. Most of all we loved that Best Buy delivered the product so quickly.

Best Buy’s delivery service was a breeze for my recent purchase. The team showed up faster than my cat dodging a bath, delivering and setting up with zero hassle. They were in and out in a flash, leaving everything perfectly placed. The product works like a dream, elevating my home entertainment with top-notch performance. Only downside? The two gentlemen that delivered and installed our new refrigerator were very nice and respectful. They were fast, but were careful not to cause any damage.

I absolutely love my LG range! It works as it should and i have been putting it through its paces! I made bread and pizza!

Got it inside and upstairs exactly where I needed it. Seemless delivery. Delivery guys were solid and even came at the beginning of the window they gave me.

The delivery men that arrived were very professional. I felt bad cause the stove was defected. He immediately called to report the defect missing screw on the bottom of the stove and the side panel showed the screw was detached and could not be fixed. I was offered to keep the stove. and would be given 200.00 to keep the stove. but after the installation the draw did not close properly and requested they take the stove back. I was asked to call Best Buy to request a new delivery because the men were behind on the other delivery.

Came early in the morning at 8:40. Bring my TV inside the house and hung out on my wall at the same day. Great delivery.

Adan was the primary delivery person. He and his colleague got a refrigerator in place quickly and without difficulty. With 1/2 inch clearance, they carried it through without touching the doorway. Both were professional and cheerful.

Home delivery was good and delivery guys put the item to the place we asked for. They were professional and expert in moving big item into the house. Only thing that could have been better was to open the item and check for any damages which they didn't provide during service.

I had a great experience with the delivery company! They delivered and installed my new Frigidaire - Gallery 6.0 Cu. Ft Stainless Steel stove right on time and handled everything with care. The gentleman were professional, polite, and efficient. They made sure everything was working properly before they left and even cleaned up after themselves. It was a smooth and stress-free experience from start to finish. I’d definitely recommend them and the product to anyone needing appliance delivery and installation. The stove is beautiful and matches well with the rest of my appliances!

Smooth Delivery, the driver communicated with me before unloading the items and place it in the right place where i want it to be.

They did an awesome job delivering my 85 inch tv . They employees were on time, friendly, and very professional. They went above and beyond to make sure I was satisfied in a timely and efficient manner. I count on Best Buy to deliver excellency every time .

Great TV but not awesome, got it on sale for 550 so no complain, but for the price and size I think it’s great.

Super helpful we purchased one tv and had an issue with it upon install they let us know and took the new tv back to the store. We then had to select a new tv and for our troubles the management there at the best buy in manhattan ks helped us out so much we left happier than before. They then installed the new tv for us the next morning we were over the moon with their service!!!

He was very careful and delivered to our apartment with ease. I appreciate his help, as well as, the Best Buy team as a whole. Thank you! My mom loves her new TV! ❤️
