The machine works very smoothly, i like the new new feature the ultra fresh vent it eliminates the excess moisture to help prevent odors so the machine will stay fresh and clean and also the microban tech its an anti microbial i super love it..and thanks a lot to the delivery team..they did a great job!

The BestBuy workers were absolutely amazing when installing my new Samsung appliances. They did it all in a timely manner and I could not have been happier. They were done in approximately 30 minutes and had no trouble finding my house and communicating with me. They even waited for me because I was rushing to get home after work in order to meet them at my home. They were more than accommodating, and I am very pleased with the home delivery service!

Even though it took a while for the refrigerator to get to me, the delivery guys were incredibly friendly and cheerful and installing it

I’ve always been a Samsung’s person, this TV is actually my first TCL. I was on the fence of getting it because I don’t really have experience with this brand. After hours and hours of research I decided to give this a try. All I have to say is that I am blown away, Doesn’t get better than this, picture quality, brightness and colors are out of this world (though had to spend some time to find the right settings), the house feels like a movie theater! If you want to buy a Samsung of this size, like I did, with these qualities in picture, be ready to pay almost 3 times the price of this one! Overall, perfect TV and I’m very happy with this purchase, and I think must people will be satisfied as well!!!

This TV is amazing!!! I use it for watching movies and sports, gaming, karaoke, literally everything. Delivery was also 10/10 - they brought it up a huge thing of stairs (quickly, too!) which I could never do so I appreciated that so much ! Also was free with the tv :) get the LG sound bar with this too it’s truly the perfect combo

I received and installed a 65” QM6K this week replacing an older non-QLED TV. Huge picture quality improvement making the upgrade! Unboxing and install as was app set-up especially since I have an existing TCL TV with Google TV. I paired the TV with a TCL Q85H soundbar. However, before setting up the soundbar I did try the TV audio which was very good on it’s own. If you’re someone who prefers only a TV without a soundbar or home theater system this is a great option for upgraded audio.

We are very happy with our delivery and set up. We did pay to have Geek Squad come in as we have an older receiver and speakers and weren’t sure how to set it up. We had two guys deliver the TV, mount it to the wall and set up our sound system. We could not be happier with their expertise and overall service!!

The delivery people were on the ball. First they inspected the area to make sure there was enough room to remove the old refrigerator and install the new refrigerator. They first removed the doors to refrigerator. Then removing the storm door. Made it easy to bring inside the house. They brought the refrigerator through the garage door. Removed the doors in order to move the refrigerator into the kitchen. Then added the doors back onto the refrigerator with ease. Attached the water filter line to back of refrigerator easily. Added the accessories inside the refrigerator. They also cleaned up the area. Made sure everything was done correctly and asked if I was satisfied with service.

I did the inhome delivery and install so i did not damage the tv they installed the tv and soundbar and noth mounts works great no issues at all very happy and with the care.

I've had a couple of deliveries recently and they were always early in the allotted window which I really appreciate it. Two people each time, smiling and friendly. Quick and efficient, could not ask for more than this!

The delivery and install crew showed up right on time, didn’t waste a second, and treated my home like it was their grandma’s... careful, respectful, and with that quiet 'we do this every day' confidence. No scratches on the floors, no dings on the walls, and no "oops, can we borrow a screwdriver?" nonsense. These guys were locked in. They got this stainless steel beast through a tight doorway with ninja-level precision, hooked everything up clean, and even gave a rundown of the smart features like they actually knew what they were talking about (bless them). Best part? They helped me relocate my old fridge to its new home in the garage like it was part of the plan all along. No fuss, no complaints... just smooth, professional work from start to finish. If all installs were like this, I'd be looking for excuses to buy more appliances.

The delivery was great they were respectful kept me up to date on the delivery time and arrival. Installation was quick and easy. Demonstration of the appliance was thorough.

Had both a washer and dryer installed, including takeaway of existing units (both). The installers arrived on time, were considerate of our home from a cleanliness perspective, and did a great job removing the old units, giving us some time to clean up underneath them before installing the new units, and installing the new units. They then tested both units to ensure they worked properly. Have had not issues since the installation. Completely satisfied with the entire purchase process.
