The delivery driver & his assistant was both very kind, friendly & helpful. Unboxed, set in place & made sure everything worked about the freezer before left. Great exsperience!

Excellent! They called with eta, and called when the arrived. I was at work and they called with question my wife couldn't answer. There was an issue with dryer cord and outlet that needed to be upgraded. They were not permitted to hook it up as is and explained it to me. I was clear on what needed to be done by me when got home. A supervisor from dispatch even called later to make sure it was explained properly by installers.

I received and installed a 65” QM6K this week replacing an older non-QLED TV. Huge picture quality improvement making the upgrade! Unboxing and install as was app set-up especially since I have an existing TCL TV with Google TV. I paired the TV with a TCL Q85H soundbar. However, before setting up the soundbar I did try the TV audio which was very good on it’s own. If you’re someone who prefers only a TV without a soundbar or home theater system this is a great option for upgraded audio.

Amazing service! We were able to easily set up an appointment and they were wonderful at communicating. We were notified on the timeframe the day of and they let us know when we were on our way. Item was delivered in perfect condition and the delivery guy was super nice and helpful. 10/10 would recommend for your big, expensive purchases to ensure it remains in great condition through transport. This is the second TV I bought for our new apartment. The TV is clear, has apps to download, is large enough for bedroom and livingroom(it’s a small apartment). Can be put on your Amazon acct. This TV rocks!! Thinking about purchasing a 3rd!!! And before you get to flapping ya gums about the pic, my phone is old and and the pic is really clear in person so bye!! And to the actress in my photos, sorry girl!!! Don’t mean to catch you like that.

The delivery was smooth with knowledgeable guys who brought two power to ensure that they had what I needed on hand.

The guys were awesome moving the new and the old refrigerators. My door was small so one of them pull parts apart to make it work. They also mi es the old one to the basement and again they were ver knowledgeable on what they need to do to have the work done! Good job guys! Worth it to pay for this service so I did t have to do it myself.

They were super fast. Put the tv on the wall in minutes. Customer service was the best I’ve ever experienced.

The delivery and install crew showed up right on time, didn’t waste a second, and treated my home like it was their grandma’s... careful, respectful, and with that quiet 'we do this every day' confidence. No scratches on the floors, no dings on the walls, and no "oops, can we borrow a screwdriver?" nonsense. These guys were locked in. They got this stainless steel beast through a tight doorway with ninja-level precision, hooked everything up clean, and even gave a rundown of the smart features like they actually knew what they were talking about (bless them). Best part? They helped me relocate my old fridge to its new home in the garage like it was part of the plan all along. No fuss, no complaints... just smooth, professional work from start to finish. If all installs were like this, I'd be looking for excuses to buy more appliances.

Had both a washer and dryer installed, including takeaway of existing units (both). The installers arrived on time, were considerate of our home from a cleanliness perspective, and did a great job removing the old units, giving us some time to clean up underneath them before installing the new units, and installing the new units. They then tested both units to ensure they worked properly. Have had not issues since the installation. Completely satisfied with the entire purchase process.

The BestBuy workers were absolutely amazing when installing my new Samsung appliances. They did it all in a timely manner and I could not have been happier. They were done in approximately 30 minutes and had no trouble finding my house and communicating with me. They even waited for me because I was rushing to get home after work in order to meet them at my home. They were more than accommodating, and I am very pleased with the home delivery service!
