    Unexpected & Unnecessary Installation Issues

    The delivery pre-checklist was a great reminder of why I needed to do to prepare the space for the Washer and Dryer delivery. Unfortunately the installer couldn’t locate the information about the haul away that I had paid for for both of them, and because of an account merge issue, my receipt was sent to an old work email that I couldn’t access. After calling and being told I would be on hold for over 30 min to try to prove that I had paid for the haul away, I tried to access a live agent through the app. I got to talk to someone right away. I think being a total tech member put me to the front of the list and contacting Best Buy through the app was a good experience. They saw the email issue, sent me a new receipt I could print out and prove that I had paid for the haul away. Thankfully in the process of me working on all that, the delivery team located the haul away instructions and were able to take my old Washer/Dryer with them. The installer sadly didn’t use the broom that was there in the room and because I was on the phone with Best Buy when he pulled out the old units, I couldn’t properly clean out the area. So I have new units on a very dirty floor. I wish they did a better job with a basic cleaning service. I would even pay for it as a add on because I don’t feel comfortable unhooking and pulling my washer and dryer out to clean behind them so this is a crucial time to tidy that area. Overall it was installed and set up properly and has been working well ever since.

    The home delivery and installation of my huge 100" TV was flawless . I received text communications throughout the delivery process. Two technicians arrived on time and handled my new TV like fine porcelain. They wore shoe protection in my home, cleaned and removed all packing material. My TV was installed perfectly, and I was provided excellent instructions.

    Great they were very cautious with my package. The delivery was spot on and they delivered it precisely how I instructed. Highly recommend. No issues finding my home whatsoever. Great service Guys . Definitely was my first purchase but wasn’t my last purchase . You guys are Awesome.excellent curiosity in customer service support. Assist with everything I needed .

    This treadmill was extremely easy to set up. It was packed with minimal disposable waste - all you really have to do is lift it out of the box, apply lubricant underneath the walking pad, plug it in and go. The LED read out of time, calories burned, distance, are very easy to read. The wheels make this very transportable. I appreciate that this came with a battery in the remote already, and an extra one for later! Great purchase.

    They were very helpful and careful with everything. I’ve always liked the Geek Squad, never had a bad experience. They even brought the gigantic tv to my apartment on the second floor, no questions asked!

    The delivery team delivered my item on time and undamaged. I love how Best Buy stays in contact with you to determine the best time to drop off your items. The gentlemen who delivered my TV were nice and friendly. They even persuaded me to get the 5-year warranty based on their own experiences. Best of all, Delivery was free. Can't argue with that. They even hauled away the old TV for an extra fee, which helped out because it is very hard to properly dispose of big electronics like Televisions.

    My order was scheduled to arrive during the week when I was going to be at work, and this was a concern because, even though I planned to use my lunch hour to run home and accept the delivery, I did not want to be there waiting for hours like in some instances with other companies. I shouldn't have worried because the delivery from Best Buy was one of the most professional deliveries I've experienced. First, I received two emails prior to the delivery date just to confirm all information about same, such as address, arrival timeframe, etc.. Next, on the morning of delivery I received a phone call from one of the delivery drivers who narrowed the four hour arrival window down to one hour for the ETA of my delivery - this was GREAT! He advised that he had hit a traffic jam, and due to this his arrival at my address would be in about one hour from his call. I left my office after we spoke, and sure to his word he arrived at my address with about 5 minutes to spare. It took him approximately 10 minutes to off load my package, get my signature and provide me with my delivery slip and then I was on my way back to work!!! Couldn't have asked for a more professional, hassle-free delivery experience!!

    My packages arrived in time for the holidays. Most the most part everything was in good order accept for one speaker stand. One of the legs arrived broken. Best Buy had no issue taking back the item and paid a refund. Great job Best Buy! Customer service is everything!

    I absolutely have no complaints!!! I’ve always bought Samsung but every last Samsung I have owned in the past decades have burnt out. So I took a chance on other reviews and the picture is absolutely beautiful!!! My grandkids love google and all the apps provided and more shows!!! We spend all day scrolling cause it has so much to offer!!! I am definitely going to buy my grandkids a small tv for their room with no second thought!!

    In love with this 86” TV. I bought it through & had it delivered/mounted through BestBuy. Service was perfect and the entire process was so quick. The TV itself bas been perfect, absolutely no issues. Quality is the best I’ve had. Rate Infinity/10

    Best Buy delivered and installed my GE Profile 4-Door refrigerator in July. I recently discovered that the middle drawer control panel has never powered on — the lights are completely off. This appears to be a missed wiring connection during installation, which is a required step for this model and not something a customer could reasonably detect at install time since the drawer was rarely used. When I contacted support, I was told installation workmanship is only supported for 90 days, but this is a latent installation issue, not visible at delivery. I am requesting installation escalation support to review and correct this missed step. I’m sharing this here in hopes that Best Buy’s Appliance or Installation Resolution team can assist

    Overall it was great. It’s unfortunate that if I don’t pay for it, since I didn’t want to mount my tv (LG OLED 77 inch), the delivery guys just brought my tv in and that’s it. But I feel like simply taking it out of the box and just putting it on the base the tv comes with should have been included considering that it’s in the best interest of best buy to ensure the tv works in terms of picture quality and no damage during delivery. It takes a couple of minutes and it would provide that assurance for the business the tv was purchased from lol. But apparently jsut for the delivery guys to put the tv on the tv mount it came with originally, I would have had to pay the same price as if I would have wanted wall mounting service. But wall mounting required significant care and precision, so I don’t know how the is no differentiation in pricing. Delivery overall was just that… it was delivered to my living room and that’s it. Considering how I didn’t even want it wall mounted, I did not want to pay over 200$ for them to just put it on the stand it came with. I don’t understand how such little effort when compared to actual wall mounting that I feel takes much more effort and time could cost the same amount of money. Makes no sense. But the guys were nice, except when I did not know that they don’t even just put it on the tv stand it came with, and the guy said, “you would have to pay for that”. And I don’t think that I should have to after spending over 2000$ for a 77” tv to simply just be put on its own stand. I dont need someone to set up my Netflix and connect my tv to the internet, but I sure wish it wouldn’t cost me 200$ just to have two strong males take my very large tv out of the box and just… put it on the stand and check to make sure the screen isn’t broken. Instead my tv was in the box for 2-3 more weeks so I could get that help from available friends as I live alone and surely am a 5 feet tall 100 pound female lol. So that was unfortunate even if the delivery of a $2000+ very large tv was “free”. But there is no small charge I can request to just do that one thing I couldn’t do myself, that takes limited time. :( 200$ is too much for 70% of the services I don’t even need or want. Need a quick and cheap enough service for just simply standing the tv up please? I hope that becomes available for like 50$ or so. I think that would be great for your customers that need really the bare minimum for such a large purchase.

    The Best Buy representatives were professional and made the whole process easy. They brought all the equipment, handled everything efficiently, and I didn’t have to worry about a thing. I could just sit back and relax.

    They arrived right in the middle of the delivery window. Had to stop the truck in the neighborhood road as my driveway is long and narrow so they carried the tv all the way up. They offered to bring it inside but with 2 dogs and a toddler i told them they could just leave it at the door

    I recently got the Samsung Q60D 55” TV, and I’m really happy with it. Setting it up was super easy, and it looks great with its sleek design and thin bezels. The picture quality is amazing—colors are vibrant, and the blacks are really deep. I connected it to my Sonos Playbar, and it works perfectly as expected. The smart features are user-friendly and quick. I had no trouble accessing apps like Netflix and Disney+, and it works great for both streaming and gaming. With plenty of HDMI and USB ports, I had no issues connecting my gaming console and soundbar. Overall, the Samsung Q60D 55” TV is a fantastic buy with excellent picture quality and easy-to-use smart features. Highly recommend!

    The team not only arrived early, they called ahead with their ETA and was very careful when entering my new home. Installation went very well and he took time to explain everything. He identified that the sales rep did not include a required piece but provided a solution so that I wouldn’t have to delay the install.
