Delivery is free for a majority of the large screen TV's. I believe there are a handful of "special" tv's that have a cost associated but most every unit I looked at had a free delivery option. Now that is just for DELIVERY not installation. The only thing totaltech gets you is a bit quicker delivery on some items (I still had to wait the same amount of time for my 85 inch TV delivery).
