An apartment complex. It is delivered to a maintenance room.

Do NOT TRUST Best Buy for any home delivery purchases. Specially when they schedule to uninstall or install an appliance. That’s false promises to get your hopes up. The delivery people (3rd party people because Best Buy takes no pride in having honorable employees providing what they are selling) will show up without calling, then threaten to leave with your purchase because they just simply pick up & drop off, after you’re promised an installation. They’re very rude and treat you as an inconvenience to their day. If you want satisfaction you’re better off shopping at RC WILLEY. Let them know Mike sent you. They’re aware of Best Buy very poor customer service practices.
