First set of techs were great and hooked up everything and even paired my remotes (other than the TV remote) with the TV. The second set did not do this. They left me with a TV remote that works but did not pair my Directv or Roku remotes. I had to do it myself. So just remember to ask about having your remotes paired with your TV. They will do it and you shouldn’t have to ask but as with everything, some workers are just more thorough than others.
