Yes, you can always refuse a delivery before it gets to you like when they call you and tell you that they are coming out, but if I were you, I would call and let them know that you’re having an issue with your measurements and that way they won’t load it on the truck.

From what I was told yes! I had the same problem and the tech I spoke with told me I could refuse/cancel the delivery. Just give them a call. They are great to work with
