- Answer My laundry room is on the 2nd floor too. They delivered to where you requested without extra charge with real care. I tipped them for the washer and dryer were extremely heavy.

QuestionI want to buy a refrigerator and would need delivery and installation. The thing is, I live in a COOP building that requires a COI. I also live on the 3rd floor and there is no elevator, would best buy do this delivery? Thank you in advance.

- Answer Yes they will bring it all the way up to the 3rd floor and install it for you. And its not that expensive and you have the option to have them take your old one.
