Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.You should first try giving Best Buy a call. They should be able to cancel and order your correct washer. If you wait for the delivery, you can tell them not to install/delivery. They will need to write why down.. I just went through this last weekend :) the wrong type of dryer was delivered, so they didn't install it. I was able to talk to a customer care rep Monday morning & she resolved. The new dryer is now coming on Thursday & it was all pretty easy.

Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.Try calling to cancel or swap out the washer instead of online. If they still say you can't then I would accept both because I'm pretty sure you cant pick and choose which items from an order you want to keep and which ones you want sent back if they are the same order number(different order numbers would be acceptable to send one back), and then return the washer and have them take it back when they deliver the new one. I'm sure you can get it worked out that way as long as you talk to someone from Best Buy. Hope I helped
