All free. If you look at brochure for Best Buy appliances, especially for washers and dryers which was right by the cash register in the washer dryer department, I found a sentence that said haul away of both items were free. I had already been told delivery was free so when my sales man said the haul away was $50 for each washer and dryer I pointed out to him what their own brochure said and all three were free !

They delivered my new washer in my garage and I moved to my laundry room and installed it myself. My old washer still sitting in my garage for 4 months. I’m planning to take it to the city’s recycle center in the future.
