A:AnswerI purchased a new washer a few months ago (replacing one I had previously bought years ago from the same store) and the delivery men took it downstairs, set it up, made sure it worked and took away all debris. Delivery was excellent and the delivery person was also.
A:AnswerIf you contact your credit card # or Pay Pal after the charge for the delivered item has posted and dispute the charge "due to damage" that will require a reply.
A:AnswerBest Buy’s scheduling process is terrible! You make an appointment online for installation and haul away. The appointment is confirmed then the next few hours it’s canceled. What’s the deal?!!
A:AnswerI chose the same delivery window, and they arrived at 9:15 for me. Of course YMMV but they WILL send a text before they arrive so you can actually push it back if needed (on the day of). My advice.. don’t worry about it!
A:AnswerThank you for your questions. I will send your questions to delivery team and get their response about this case . We will call you back after we have the answer. Thanks
A:AnswerThey provide early instructions on how to prepare for deliveries and installation. If you follow instructions you will be able to tell if you are able to get what you need
