I have my washer as deliver and install but dryer as just home delivery. How do I changer to both to deliver and install? null

I’d suggest calling their 800#. I do my own maintenance and repairs so i never use any service other than Delivery Only.

Call the Best Buy store that is scheduled to deliver your appliances, they can modify you delivery order for you.

It is way too easy to instal your washer and dryer, especially if it’s a replacement. You can also reuse the parts connected from your old washer dryer which should have a direct fit to your new washer and dryer. I wouldn’t recommend paying install unless your not physically able to attempt and install, in which YouTube can very easily show you.

I'd call them ASAP to ensure dryer is install as well. There maybe a seperate charge for installation which I paid for my washer dryer.

I had to go into the store and see a manager to get my order changed even though I ordered on-line. My issue was cancelling the existing dryer removal. The manager was helpful and the process was fast.

Return the item and go to Lowes or Home Depot. My item was delivered with the wrong parts and it's been a nightmare ever since. Customer service is clueless. Do yourself a favor and back out now before you even attempt to have it delivered.

Call and make changes and add additional changes to your service. They won’t do it other wise because they don’t want to be responsible if something goes wrong so it’s best to do it the right way. Good Luck
