Did you pay for installation? If yess, that would be part of the install I would assume.

Please try again later.I’m certain if you paid for delivery and have a new television it’s usually up to the discretion of the driver due to the current restrictions Regarding social distancing. I believe this can be left up to the driver and his discretion so it’s always good to ask or either give special instructions that you like the new item taken out of the box and taking the box away they should be happy to do that
