THEY WILL NOT DELIVER UP FLOORS UNLESS THERE IS AN ELEVATOR LARGE ENOUGH AND GOES TO THE FLOOR THAT YOU LIVE ON!

They lifted my washer to 2nd floor laundry room through hardwood floor and stairs, without a single scratch. They are professional and have equipment for such. Certainly I paid extra tips but that's out of my own appreciation to their excellent job.
