I purchased a new washer a few months ago (replacing one I had previously bought years ago from the same store) and the delivery men took it downstairs, set it up, made sure it worked and took away all debris. Delivery was excellent and the delivery person was also.

Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.I know firsthand due to our current guidelines for contact with customers we do not deliver into personal areas beyond a reasonable area to leave the product you would have to ask for specific details before delivery outline where you want the product to be placed and at that time the customer representative can make that decision.

Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later. When selecting delivery, there are limits to placing appliances such as traveling between floors without an elevator being accessable. Plus, within the stated limits, the delivery page asks customers to list any specific obstacles that may effect the delivery so the delivers can be prepared.
