Best Buy’s scheduling process is terrible! You make an appointment online for installation and haul away. The appointment is confirmed then the next few hours it’s canceled. What’s the deal?!!

Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.OMG, this happened to me too! I'd schedule, get a confirmation, and then the next day, I'd get a phone call and email saying I needed to reschedule! It happened three times! Finally I got through to the Geek Squad manager at my local store, and he scheduled it and blocked out the calendar so that the appointment would "stick". The actual install was great, but scheduling it was a nightmare.

Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.They had me scheduled for a pickup/return, I waited all morning and then they called and said that the truck was full ant they were not coming. It takes forever to get a hold of someone with Best Buy. ( this is after getting the worst experience buying an appliance in my 60 years!) you cannot call a Best Buy store and talk to anyone ( you get a call center and no one calls you back from the store! I bought from Lowe’s ... Excellent!!!
