I love my TV is awesome. Can’t go wrong with Best Buy.

The guys called me when they were like 2 minutes away, I had the area cleaned out and the easiest possible access, and the delivery team was super quick and efficient. They were in and out in less than 20 minutes.

We were really excited about having our new refrigerator and microwave hood vent. The refrigerator chilled down quickly and we loaded our groceries into it and realized one thing… it’s a HUGE refrigerator!!! I mean HUGE. It holds a lot of food. I was able to connect it via Bluetooth with the SmartHQ app to setup the parameters of temps for freezer, drink drawer & fridge sections. As well as the ice maker lets us know when the ice level is full in the app. Nice! The installation by the delivery people that Best Buy used was excellent! They measured everything first before bringing the refrigerator inside through the door to make sure it fit. The only negative thing about the microwave vent hood is that the light is too dim and it gets VERY hot if you leave the light on for any length of time. It will burn your skin if accidentally touched.

We have Samsung over the years and tried Sony. The Sony only lasted for two years. The S90c is amazing yet some apps like the nba.com cannot be casted and can only be mirrored. Another thing I don't like is it doesn't have the google voice assistant, it only has Bixby and Alexa. When you're using youtube its very annoying to use alexa for searching. Most of the time it doesn't work. It needs casting improvement also. Chrome cast is good because you can cast an app from your mobile phone and still able to use your phone. The smart view on S90c cannot do this on some apps. Picture quality is perfect.

Purchased online washer & dryer with haul away and professional installation with recommended equipment like hose, dryer vent, and steam connection. Definitely very helpful they recommend and offer the items for it made online purchase much more easier. They folks scheduled installation and let you know when they will come with plenty of notice. Just make sure your area is prepped for the new machines! Wife and I are very pleased we updated our washer dryer with the newer tech. Very nice machines. Also very affordable.

Home delivery were very professional. I gave 4 stars bc the timing was off by an hour. However, the driver was bery accommodating and polite. They refused to leave the tv without an adult present. My husband loves his new tv!

I love this TV, I don't even need a soundbar setup because the sound quality is so crisp just coming out of the TV. The picture quality is insane, and it even holds up the great display when I play games on my PS5. My cat also approves, as seen in the picture lol

The delivery was on time, with nothing broken and the delivery team was nice but they refused to do the install as scheduled. *Note install (up to $339) was part of the sales promotion AND I'm a BB Total member which include free TV installation. They claimed the Vesa-600 mounting bracket wouldnt work on this Vesa-600 TV. The bracked wasnt on Best Buy's (internal and not able to be provided to customers) approved list. I confirmed with the manufacturer that the bracket would work and installed it myself, which had its own challenges as I'm a 100% disabled Veteran. I did call BB who said the installers would return to mount it buy I'd then have to pay for install since it would be a second trip!

The upscaling on big images look great. Played a 1998 game ps1 game on it and it did great. Yes all tiny images look like super grainy but yea super happy with the TV. I had to adjust to aspect ratio and a few things but you should always adjust the tv to your likings. Only thing that i don't like is their is no source input button on the remote. I have several old devices that won't send a proper signal for the TV to switch over to the correct input and need to do it through the tv menu.
