Sony 65" BRAVIA XR A95L OLED 4K UHD Smart Google TV Model #XR65A95L To start with, I opted for Home Installation. Brian and Manny from Best Buy just left. While they were busy with the install, I was able to prop-up my feet and get my own work done [see photo]. I highly recommend Best Buy’s HOME INSTALL. While it may seem like an unnecessary ‘extra’ on top of what you’re already shelling out for a new [insert your product name here], it has always saved me time, money, and my sanity. Heck, for those of us with high blood pressure Home Install might even save our life *wink* I don’t know about you, but vague instructions, misaligned holes, or missing parts can really ‘test my patience’ even on a good day :-) Even though I AM technically savvy, the peace of mind I get with Home Install ($99+/-) is priceless: two highly knowledgeable installers transport, handle, hang, and program our TV. I don’t have to worry about dropping it, cracking the highly sensitive screen, pieces not fitting properly, missing parts, or reading allll of the instructions on how to program it or how to add/pair additional remotes. I know it will get done right and get done quickly — very quickly. As always. With Home Install NONE OF THAT IS YOUR CONCERN (oh look, there’s my smile!). If the item breaks/gets damaged during transport or install Best Buy’s got it covered, which is nice to know given smartTVs have such highly sensitive screen surfaces. And they always send two techs, making install super quick. They were done in about 20 minutes, which included unboxing, taking down the old 73” flatscreen, hanging the new tv, hooking-up the new tv, programming it, pairing the Roku remote, showing me some of the Sony remote functions, and removal of the packaging if you don’t wish to keep it. When they left they said I could contact them any time if I had any Qs or issues. Who knew that’d be just two minutes later, after they’d just left for their next appointment? I sent them a frantic text and they offered to come back when done with their current install (thank you!). Even though it was getting late, they drove back out and fixed the issue (a simple conflict with our home audio setup which they diagnosed in about 30 seconds!). Two minutes after arriving they were back out the door, and we had an amazing, quality tv that worked. Simply put, Geek Squad Home Install removes all of the anxiety while saving me time. As for my review of this product: It’s super lightweight, making it easy to hang; and the picture quality is excellent. But since this was only installed today, I’ll need to update this post in a few months after I’ve had time to really use it.

Had electric range delivered and installed. The delivery was very professional and prompt. The tracking and phone calls were great for knowing exactly when to expect delivery. The men were efficient, neat, respectful and did the installation smoothly.

They did a great job delivering parked it in front of the house, which was a little bit annoying, but they were professional. They dropped off the stove in a professional manner. And left as soon as they were done. They took any trash that was left behind

We have Samsung over the years and tried Sony. The Sony only lasted for two years. The S90c is amazing yet some apps like the nba.com cannot be casted and can only be mirrored. Another thing I don't like is it doesn't have the google voice assistant, it only has Bixby and Alexa. When you're using youtube its very annoying to use alexa for searching. Most of the time it doesn't work. It needs casting improvement also. Chrome cast is good because you can cast an app from your mobile phone and still able to use your phone. The smart view on S90c cannot do this on some apps. Picture quality is perfect.

Delivery of my insignia refrigerator was almost uneventful. The only problem we had is that Best Buy’s system has both my home address and my work address stored in their system and even though I specified to ship it to my home address when I purchased it online it still wanted to send it to my work, I spoke to one of Best Buy’s agents that called me few days before delivery to confirm everything and I realized that they were shipping it to the wrong address. They had to move my delivery to the following day of my original delivery because it was going to a different area, which I guess I understand, but the problem for us is we were just getting by with our old defective refrigerator and needed the new one ASAP. The great thing about the delivery time that they set was that once the refrigerator was in route you can track how many stops away it is through the Best Buy app so you know when the delivery guys are going actually show up. Otherwise, there were no dents or scratches in my product and they didn’t bash it into the walls or door jam when they brought it into my condo. Great Job!

I love those. I use them every day and enjoy them.

Works great and is very intuitive. It does a trial spin at the beginning of the wash cycle to determine if your load is balanced. It’s 200x better than a GE I bought that broke twice when there was an unbalanced load. There was an issue with delivery. Supposedly my first delivery window was cancelled the night before due to a car accident. I think they had enough time to contract someone else to deliver but didn’t. 2nd attempt worked.

Great installation. Disappointing Dryer vent kinks. I will fix later with help. Dryer doesn’t exhaust like should, takes longer dry cycles. Oh well. Just glad got installed. Installers only boom boom bam.

Old refrigerator failed in August, order one from another company and earliest delivery day was 2 weeks. On the scheduled day, their delivery company called me to postponed the delivery for another 2 weeks. Cancelled that purchase and bought the refrigerator on BestBuy.com instead. Purchased it on Friday and the refrigerator came on following Monday even it was Labor's Day. Was worried that the refrigerator was too large to go thru the door, but the delivery team (2 big men) know the trick and were able to moved it through the door without any scratch. Thanks BestBuy delivery for fast services!

Delivery was outstanding! They were very careful with the frig and the door way. Very efficient and fast!
