Bad delivery guys

Owned for 1 month when reviewed.This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.The worst they would not put any of the product in the refrigerator if they left it with all the tape and all the cardboard inside the refrigerator and told me that his hands were dirty and the sink was right in front of them he could have washed they were more into making deliveries quick they barely hit the plastic off the front of it and did not even remove any of the labels on the sides

Horrible home delivery service

They were late by 4 hours and when they got here I didn’t even get an apology. I had to cancel everything else I had planned because of this inconvenience and what really upset me the most was when I said Thank you to one of the delivery guys for bringing it in he just looked at me and kept walking. The box came broken. I’ve added some photos below. You guys need to hire professional people with better customer service skills.

Worst Gerk squad attitude and damage & mess

Was on hold 2 hours with customercare finally went to Wellington store where supervisor handled it. However technician again didn't show up when they came the next day. They didn't bring the t v and they started yelling at me and giving me attitude

Don’t waste your tiMe

Non tip bracket not installed which is the LAW. It’s a joke and then they have the nerve to hold out their hand for a tip! Seriously? If you did a good job absolutely but you did nothing! See picture. I had to level it myself, we have to pay someone else to install the bracket and then they dented the unit. They also layed my $4,000 fridge on its back in the street!

Damaged TV

Item was delivered damaged

Received a large tv that looked like someone kicked in the entire front. And despite having had it delivered I was made to return it myself and then go back on a later date to get the replacement as they didn’t have one the day I returned the damaged one. I was told if I wanted it delivered I was going to have to pay again. Was not happy with this experience.

Damaged Property
||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.The delivery driver said he had to remove my front door to fit the refrigerator inside and instead of properly removing the hinge pins, he used pliers and damaged the pins, the door and the frame. When I showed him the damage he made excuses. I asked him why he didn't remove the refrigerator door instead of my front door and he stated that would take him too much time. So I guess doing property damage is okay if it saves him time, NOT!!!!

HORRIBLE

First we were supposed to get our TV on wednesday (may 8th) and when i called them the day of to see about our TV they tell me it has to be rescheduled because it wasn’t at the warehouse yet. That’s understandable but it’s the fact that i had to contact them just to find out our TV wasn’t coming not to mention i left work early just to make sure i was there. Then when we get it today and plug it up...TV WAS CRACKED ALL OVER

Unhappy for the first time

Men left and could not be called back within one half hour of the drop off. Could not even make arrangements until the next day because the status of this order was listed as “in transit”. Forced to drive to nearest store to make arrangements. It will be ten additional days before they return with a replacement television for which I have to pay again and expect them to refund the original cost LATER.

Damaged order

I had to get a credit of $300 for denting it. Best Buy did give a credit of $300 for the damages though.

And the Best Buy team called them and rescheduled it for Sep 17,2023 today for early but still no one give me a call about the about my appointment poor service

Nice guys, sub-standard delivery?
