Samsung washer and dryer. Surprisely good. Doesn’t fill up like I’m used to with other washers, but it did its job. The capacity is perfect for Cal King sheets and comforters.

Great installation. Disappointing Dryer vent kinks. I will fix later with help. Dryer doesn’t exhaust like should, takes longer dry cycles. Oh well. Just glad got installed. Installers only boom boom bam.

Bare bones delivery service for $40. Two guys dropped it off slid it in my front door a few feet and were gone. No paperwork, no confirmation it was the right machine and I thought they would at least take it out of the shipping carton and take the box with them. I only used the service because I do not own a truck and was able to hook the dryer up myself. Delivery, install and haul off old unit would have been over $160.

I have never experienced such a professional delivery of any item that I purchased!! The "geek squad" made sure that a) knew when they would be there, b) how to make sure that we unboxed the TV correctly, and c) that we had 14 days to return for any reason.
