The Ecobee 3 Lite Thermostat installation in an older(40 years) house was tricky because of the 4 wires instead of the new 5 wires new houses. Best Buy wouldn’t install it because you need to put an adapter inside the furnace by the control board, and the HVAC furnace people wouldn’t install it because of the electrical. I ended up watching videos, reading the installation instructions over many times, and installing it myself (saving me $250, but costing me about 3-4 hours to install). Otherwise a great product for the money plus I found out I get $100 rebate with $25 annually taken off my gas bill because of the product.

Our home delivery of our new Samsung Bespoke refrigerator was great! They arrived within the delivery window and called to let us know when they were 10-15 minutes away. They were super nice and did a great job taking away the old fridge and bringing in and installing the new one. Super happy!!

Always very good informed about the status of the delivery, the guys called me 30 mins before to arrive, they unwrapped the package and cleaned before to leave

This is my second time purchasing the TV for another bedroom. The first one I bought has had no issues yet in 5 months. Great picture quality and it's affordable. I prefer to keep it on the stands instead of wall mounting. Delivery was very professional

We ordered a compact refrigerator to replace a very old unit. This purchase included home delivery as well as removal of the old fridge. Everything went very well and we are happy with the new unit (see picture). Job well done

I purchased a qn90b 65 inch about 3 weeks ago and I must say the picture is bright have good blacks and the contrast is very good. The sound is really good although I have it paired with a 990b. Q-symphony is a plus also. The OS is not as responsive as other tv brands in this price range. Not a deal breaker for me because the tv performs really good in every other area.

Was in need of a new refrigerator due to our old ones freezer going out we happened to find an open box Samsung in store for a very reasonable price the delivery was set up on the wrong day but besides that little mishap all was well they hauled away the old refrigerator and installed the new one in less than an hour

Very happy with my new 65” Pioneer Xumo TV. The sound is much better then the Hisense I returned due to the speakers making a crackling noise. The picture is great too, and looks very nice in my main bedroom. Very great value too. Also the delivery guys helped me sense they were early and I wasn’t quite ready
