Phenominal 55" Sony OLED smart TV. I researched major brands and picked Sony although LG had been heavily touted in the store displays. I knew this Sony came with a premium remote. (LG's remote reviews were mostly negative.) The picture is awesome and mesmerizing. WOW! This Sony smart TV is brilliant and overall excellent but it is the Geek Squad install team leader Jeff who deserves my highest accolades. He worked tirelessly above and beyond his ordinary task to get our new Sony TV working due to the Wi Fi modem not working 100%. He never gave up instead of saying, "Well, I have done my part." He solved the heavy stresses I was enduring because of our recent new home move with frustrating WiFi problems. Thank you, Best Buy, for sending Jeff, a highly professional and excellent character worker who showed great compassion to do more than just install a new TV. He deserves a raise in pay. I wasn't even sure he would get here due to the recent snow and icey rain. He made sure we could begin to enjoy our tv that day! Thank you, Jeff. His teammate was good too, polite and professional, but Jeff was the persistant, never give up team leader.

Very prompt on time delivery. We opted for our own installation. With that being said we weren't sure if delivery meant to the room we needed it in. This being a house warming gift for my sister and her husband we were very glad they carried it up the stairs into the laundry room!! Much appreciated service!

Best Buy’s delivery service made purchasing a new washer and dryer seamless. The two man team removed our old appliances from the house, carried the new washer and dryer inside, installed, tested and made sure that I was happy before they left. Thank you!

This TV is great. The picture is great and works great with PS5. I wish the screen handled reflections better but it does get very bright.

The delivery guys were really nice and they grab our fridge very carefully! In the attached picture you can see that it fits all my wife cakes:)

The delivery guys were extremely mindful and did an amazing job. They were respectful to the house and set it up timely. The only issue was that the plastic on the fridge still is leaving a mark.

Everything I imagined and more. The Samsung 65inch with added sound bar is like having my own theater in my bedroom. The option to turn the setting of the sound bar off or on is the best

Everything went very smoothly. The installers were friendly, fast and efficient. The product arrived in perfect condition and the store staff was helpful, ensuring we had everything we would need.

The two guys that delivered our dryer and installed were professional and quick. Both were very nice and polite and really treat you really well. They take care of your home, no bumping, nicked or scratched. Very professional and made everything setup and explained everything to us. I hope we get the same two guys next time.

I dont need any specific hook up as i have basic Fundamental principles of stereo equipment connection. also this television has 4 HDMI input which make all connections super quick and without additional setup assistance.
