I was very happy with the home delivery. The team called me in advance and quickly brought the fridge into my basement.

Although they were fantastic delivering and setting up in the space, I would've given 5 stars had they stopped to make sure it at least powered on.

I am very happy with the microwave it has so many great features, more than I will probably ever need!! It looks very nice over my range. I have a white range so I ordered a white microwave and I really like the look!! However I was not all impressed with the Geek squad delivery and installation. First the delivery was scheduled between 2pm and 6pm and I got a call at 5:55pm saying they had car problems and need to reschedule. We rescheduled for 10am the next day and at 9;55am I get a call saying they still had car problems and could they reschedule for the same day at 5:30pm, the showed up at 6:20pm. Although the install was done properly at the exact same second they plugged in the microwave my oven stopped working.... 3 days later and my oven is still not working. There were 2 installers, one who understood very little English and could not speak English, the other person seemed to be there only to interpret for him. I was not given any instructions on how to work the microwave nor did they offer to run through a test, so I said before you go let’s make sure the microwave works, which they had no idea how to operate, but thankfully it is fairly user friendly to figure out so I was able to test the Microwave before they left. Having them do the install is not a cheap service combined with there lack of knowledge about the product I am not sure if I will use there service in the future. I would recommend the microwave product.

Guys delivered with extra care and placed it in my home!

The delivery was excellent not once but twice I wasn’t satisfied with my first order so I ordered it again it was two different delivery crews and both of them were superb they answered any questions and concerns I had. The crews were punctual and very polite.

So far the Stove has been great no complaints got a good deal at Best Buy I’ve bought majority of my home appliances here highly recommend

They delivered right where I was going to set it up. No problems.

Nightmare of delivery service first they had me waiting for delivery and called me 10 before the window closed to say that there's a delay and I assumed a delay this day and was told oh no they not able to come today and I would have to reschedule! I rescheduled and the delivery guy tried not to deliver saying that there wasn't any parking while I was looking out the window at two open parking spots then he came inside and moved the refrigerator and then looked under the sink and said that I didn't have a shut off valve and that he couldn't install the new refrigerator until I hired a plumber! I immediately hired a plumber who LOOKED and said that I already had a shut off valve and I was charged $140 for his service! The final delivery the same guy came out and said so you got a plumber and I told him that I didn't require because I already had a shut off valve! He chuckled and said oh I was rushing and didn't see it! I want him held accountable for this error! How many other women have been this done to? As for the delivery they did that good. As for the refrigerator it sits out further than my previous one and it moves when opening up the freezer. My first time using a French door so it will take some time to get use to.

This fridge is perfect for my kitchen. It was the best priced counter depth fridge French door fridge I could find. Looks wonderful in my kitchen and no handles leaves extra space as well.

One of the smartest tv's. Brilliant color. Only con is you need to set the picture manually through the setup to a higher contrast and brightness with also a "dynamic" choice for movies. Picture tends to be darker on some movie scenes. Paired with my Sony receiver and speakers instantly through the HDMI input. Also the remote has Samsung TV that gives you access to a ton of channels as if you have cable, which I do not. Netflix and Amazon Prime users? Both are instantly available on the remote.

The delivery crew were great. took to basement place it where I wanted. offer to remove packaging and haul away. very nice guys

It was so nice to not have to worry about removing and discarding the old dishwasher upon delivery of the new one. Glad that this service was offered, glad to pay for it, well worth it. They had the old one out before I even knew it!

Quick and efficient delivery scheduling and the Delivery Drivers were kind and professional! The delivery drivers followed directions as I reside on the 8th floor. My product was boxed neatly and I can tell the Drivers handled my purchase with care! The Drivers were respectful of my home and reminded me of Geek Squad warranty information, in case I have any issues! I didn't catch their names, but thanks so much for your kindness and professionalism delivering my TV!

Value for the money. Better deal on Black Friday but my old range stopped working, had to get it asap. los that it has more stainless steel than others, the rapid boil and I get notifications on my phone and can even program it to turn on.

It was great they really cared about taking care of the product. I was like just leave it at the door and they stated "No we'll help you" And they brought it right into my house where I wanted it. so it wouldn't get damaged or stolen They were great

The delivery service was excellent. They brought the TV and set it down. No damage they were on time and scheduling was very easy.

Delivery Drivers went above and beyond in insuring it was placed correctly and moved it perfectly.

Was delivered as promised. There was some issues with the item but it wasn't their fault.

They came right in and set my tv down right where I wanted it! And took their shoes off! So respectful And they did not charge an arm and a leg for the delivery fees either
