This was a free delivery and great for me as getting a large tv in and out of my car would be difficult for me. Timing was great just a few days. The delivery guys called that morning to confirm and again 30 minutes before arriving. They took it out of the box and set it on my stand which is something I could not have done myself. I have back problems. Will us this service in the future.

I thought it would be excessive to have the screen display on the fridge, but this is super cool. I can make notes and watch videos, connect with my phone. Besides all this, I can connect the fridge screen to the TV and while I am in the kitchen I can watch the same movie in the kitchen which my husband is watching in the living room. Oh! And I can use the camera inside to know what’s in the fridge without opening the door. This is my first day playing with the screen. I am looking forward for more excitement…

Best Buy sent MB installs to install my gas oven. They were on time which never happens. They were super nice very informative, knowledgeable, and super nice. Also they were very respectful of my hardwoods which I appreciated very much.

2 gentlemen, Jesus and Lalo arrived as scheduled. They took great care with the installation being careful to not scratch our home's entryway door-jams, walls, furniture and floor. These guys removed the appliance doors before bringing it inside to prevent undue injury to my purchase or home. The care shown is greatly appreciated. Jesus gave descriptive instructions regarding use and maintenance of my wife's new appliance. Best Buy has been my family's GO-TO for Good purchase quality and value. We have a new home and is working to replace all existing hardware and appliances with NEW purchases from BEST BUY.

Smooth and fast delivery! Followed the promised time frame! Did not mind the steep stairs and inside my house and carried it upstairs! Very helpful!

The product is good and seems to be working so far. The freezer door is defective and doesn't fully seal and is steadily releasing all the cold air into the kitchen. I've notified BestBuy and they aren't able to replace the defective door, they want to replace the entire refrigerator but first send a technician to inspect it. The first delivery attempt was a disaster and the delivery team left without communicating with me on why they won't deliver the refrigerator. BestBuy listened to my complaint but didn't act to resolve my issue until the 6th time I called them. The first attempt at a delivery was recorded on my security camera where the delivery guys left without attempting to deliver. The second delivery, one week later (3 total weeks without a refrigerator) was a better experience. An overall 3 out of 5 rating of the entire process is generous in my opinion. The refrigerator would be 5 out of 5 if it worked like it should.

Geek Squad are hi tech-installer gods. Both Mat and Rocko did a great job installing my new Sony XR 55 X90J SmartTV and Sony Sound Bar HT-S200F is a relatively quick time with great setup of basic functions for TV and sound bar. My neighbors are getting new TV's after seeing mine.

Took their time to install my 85 inch TV on the wall and set up all my apps which I did not know how to do. I am so thankful for the delivery guys. Thank you, Best Buy.

WOW!!! Great crew! I will try to request anything to be delivered to my home with this crew. They were so nice and helpful. It was very difficult to move the fridge to the basement. It had to be maneuvered in several manners and not once did I hear a negative word ! I would hire this crew to do my moving if I could.

Roku TV is a wonderful brand I enjoyed watching Roku TV.

They did a good job and didn’t damage my doorframe or fridge which is beside the freezer
