They came well within the time frame, they were fast, efficient and very polite.

The delivery was on time and the 3 gentlemen working the truck could not have been any nicer. I had ordered 8 TV's that will be going to an office I am building out. They asked where I would like the TV's to go and then neatly placed them in my garage being careful to ensure they were situated where they wouldn't fall or interfere with my vehicles. I wish all businesses were as thoughtful in their delivery as Best Buy was with mine. Great job!

The person who helped deliver my new 75 in TV did a great job helping my wife get it to the living room while I was at work making sure to be careful and not cause any harm.

Geoffrey brought the TV and took away an old one solo. No help. He was super nice, very polite, and most knowledgeable. He setup tv and walked me through the many and various settings. He knew all of them too. Works great with my Directv which Geoff also set up on the Sony remote. I was prepared and had all the cables ready to go, but he was on top of the whole process. Absolutely great service by a great BestBuy associate. Give him a raise.

delivery was great!, only took Best Buy 3 times to get my washer to my house. I think BB owes me the $400.00 because of all my frustrations in the delivery of my washer. Please check BB manager in Syracuse for my frustrations. thank you.

Thank you to two gentlemen that delivered our electric range on 01/09/2021. When I set the delivery time for between 7:00 am to 1 pm I was just hoping to get my stove installed by noon that day, but when the phone rang at 6:25 am I was surprised to hear they were loaded up and on their way. By 7:25 they delivered the range set it in place had it leveled turned on and running. Grabbed our old unit took it with them and gone by 7:30.

Home delivery was awesome!!! They brought it to my basement, which was great, removed my old large tv no problem, I did pay for that service and it was worth it.
