Delivery was excellent. The guys were on time and courteous. Installed and hooked up the fridge quick, explained some features and what to do over the next few days. Would use BBY delivery and install again.

TL;DR I'm very happy with it and don't have any major issues. The only TV I'd consider against it is the 2020 TCL 8 Series. But I didn't feel like waiting for that be released. I'm not an expert and this is my first higher end TV. My unit arrived in perfect shape and there were no hardware defects or dead pixels. Software was buggy at first but straightened out pretty quick. The smartcast UI isn't as attractive looking as Roku, and I really don't like how in your face the sponsored content is on the home screen. If it's gonna be there, I wish they'd at least tone it down a little bit. But functionally, I don't have any trouble with the UI and it works a lot better than previous versions of smartcast. I don't even have a bench mark for how other TVs in this price range look, but I'm blown away by 4K content with Dolby Vision on this TV, no complaints. Games and standard blu rays from my PS4 Pro also look significantly better on this TV than my cheap Insignia 4K TV. My only complaint is blooming. But again, I don't have a benchmark for how other TVs perform in this area. Some text menus and icon pop ups will bloom pretty bad, but it's only a minimal issue in real world content. Opening credit scenes will bloom a bit if the text is over a dark background, but it's not terrible. The only time blooming is bad enough for me to call it a significant problem, is when playing RDR2. Something about that game just really exacerbates the blooming worse than any other content I've played. Pretty much entire corners of the screen bloom from the mini map and other HUD functions. Text is really bad, light rays and fog make the problem worse too. Obviously this is worst when it's night time in the game. But the blooming is still very apparent in bright scenes also. Hopefully Vizio continues to fine tune the active array system and this gets better.

Timely delivery, convenient for bulky items that you can't carry in your car.

I was expecting it to just be dropped off, but they were fabulous and unboxxed it and put our freezer where we wanted it. They even gave me an overview of the features.

I expected delivery to arrive later in the day and received an alert that it would be arriving much earlier in the day before a doctor's appointment which did not help me trying to plan my day. Washer was brought upstairs and into my apartment quickly and installation was quick which made up for the time inconvenience.

Amazing tv 85 inches immerses you in the movie like your right there. Colors are spectacular and the blacks are rich. I can’t say more tv is a great purchase.

My delivery experience was great! Melanio and Eliel were my delivery guys. They had to remove some parts from my door and also from the refrigerator to get it to fit into my kitchen. They did a great job while showing respect for my home. Great job Guys...

Very nice and professional delivery drivers. They were honest when noticing the scraping on the sides and corner. I ordered a brand new washer and it wasn't. The hookup was fast.

Delivery was done professionally and without any problems. The drive and his assistant were very congenial and did a great job installing the refrigerator.

I live in a rural area with no cell phone reception and the drivers had no problem finding my house and arrived within the estimated time frame

Got a TV and mount delivered. The mount was delivered via FedEx and came before it was supposed to be delivered. TV was delivered by local BestBuy. Excellent communication from them and came right on time. They even brought it to the location I wanted.

I upgraded from a 55 inch Vizio LED to a 77 inch LG b5 OLED wow what a difference. It's like having a movie theater at home. Stranger Things looks amazing.

Nothing big to report. Guys just dropped the tv off and that was it.
