Delivery from the store was fast and it was a 98" tv and came in a box truck due to size of tv. Called to give a heads up that they was on there way.

We had delivery of a large television, and delivery service did not disappoint. In fact, on a rainy day where we were not yet home (though of note, it was 30 mins before the 4 hour drop-off window provided by Best Buy), deliveryman took time to wait 15 mins before setting the television down at our requested part of the house.

Home Delivery was smooth and easy. I asked them if they wouldn't mind opening my new 70" TV and just placing it where they just hauled away my old TV it was replacing and initially the guy said, we'll you didn't pay for setup, and I said, no problem, I can handle the setup if you would be so kind as to just unbox it and set it where the old TV was, and no problem, they had it unboxed, and moved to the TV stand in just a few minutes, thank you Best Buy!

Geek Squad Home Delivery Team that came and set my new TV, sound bar, and blue ray up were very knowledgeable and fast they were very professional called ahead on time and explained everything about how all the systems worked. They left no mess behind and even gave me their cellphone number in case something went wrong they were the best I would recommend anyone buying a new system to pay the extra money and let the Geek Squad install your system its worth every penny.
