The delivery men did an exceptional job! They were polite, cordial, and considerate, They worked carefully and efficiently, ensuring the machine was working and that the machine was ready to use and removing any packing and delivery materials.

The product arrived very fast. The installers were very respectful and were on time.

The Samsung TV is a good TV overall. It's particularly good at playing bright fast-paced video games, as it has a great response time in bright scenes and a very low input lag in Game Mode. Its low response time in bright scenes makes it a good TV to watch sports on as fast, bright action looks clear. It's also great at watching movies on DVD, as it has decent contrast and can remove judder from 24p sources. However, its low overall brightness in both SDR and HDR combined with its barely decent reflection handling forces the TV into being a dark room TV, and its poor viewing angle makes the TV hard to watch with a group due to its colors quickly shifting and dimming as you move off-center. PROS Good low resolution upscaling. Fast-moving action is crisp, especially in bright scenes. Low input lag in game mode. Decent contrast for deep blacks in dark scenes.

The crew that delivered and installed our refrigerator, Stanford & Shay, did a great job! Very careful with removing/installing units. I appreciated their attention to measuring and making sure it would fit through doorways and the special care they took with drawers, freezer drawer , etc in bringing them into the house. They were very conscientious with COVID requirements with masks and gloves and stayed socially distanced. Great job!

Had the TV delivered and setup. These guys were quick and professional. Would definitely recommend this service.

I don't have anything bad to say about the person who delivered my TV. He did hi job and was nice. My problem was with Best Buy. I ordered a TV online. I scheduled a home delivery and had to take off work to be there when it arrived. I had no problem with that either. the next day I get an email from best buy stating that I needed to call and confirm that I made the purchase and that this was not credit card fraud. When I called and confirmed my purchase, they asked me if I wanted to pick up in store or have it delivered. I told them I had already scheduled a delivery. They told me there was no delivery scheduled and I would need to schedule one. I ask to schedule it for the same day and time that I had originally scheduled and they told me that that day was not available. after going back and forth for quite some time, and escalating this to their supervisor, and again to that person's supervisor. They still were unable to reschedule the delivery for the original day. Finally after being frustrated I told them to have it shipped to the store near me and I would pick it up there. When they went to set it up, I was transferred to someone else. The new operator said "oh why don't we just ship it to your house if we are going to ship it to the store that day" I told her that was the original plan and what had happened, She informed me that she could input any location. Long story short, I spent almost two hours being told that there was no way to have it shipped to my house on the day I wanted it delivered, just to have someone else say sure I can say ship to your house. I got it delivered when and where I wanted but had to go back and forth for two hours to get it.

I love my ROKU 75" Pro TV (2025). The only downside is that the Hands-Free Voice remote right-arrow button does not work, right out of the box. So now I have to deal with that issue!

I purchased a new clothes dryer for delivery recently and it went very smoothly. The technicians arrived exactly on time and had my old dryer removed and the new dryer installed within one hour. I was very impressed with this home delivery service!
