Matt i think his name was from the fruitville pike store was extremely helpful getting this to my apartment, i didnt know it had to be transported upright and my suv wasnt big enough. And he had it delivered for me next day. During all this covid nonsense. The system is top notch. Ignore the negative reviews. Turn the smart picture on and your piture gets better and better with the things you watch normally or whatever video games you play. I love this tv

I have purchased several appliances from Best Buy. Each delivery team was consistent in providing great service. I was called the night before. Called again about a half an hour before arrival. Respected my home. I have wood floors so delivery heavy appliances was easy with Best Buy. Followed Covid-19 recommendations. Polite. Courteous. Explained unit and answered questions. I have had same experience with multiple delivery teams. Good job Best Buy!

Excellent experience in the delivery of a new Whirlpool electric range. The online process was seamless. I received periodic notifications of the progress made leading up to the delivery dat. On the morning of delivery, I received a 30 minute phone notice from the driver. They arrived on time, unboxed and unloaded range, moved it into the house, cleaned up , and were gone in less than 45 minutes. No damage. Completely satisfied!

The delivery itself was great, the time was terrible. We didn't like having our washing machine being delivering after 7 pm, that was a big inconvenience.

Love this TV, super crisp picture, great operating system, nice menu, gaming looks awesome and I like that the remote is charged by a C cable, no more need for batteries. An excellent upgrade at a reasonable price.
