Easy on time delivery!!! Very nice people. Would recommend to anyone.

The delivery went flawlessly. The driver and his helper had to get these appliance in a small elevator and no scratches or dents on the appliance. They were very professional.

Item works as it should. I honestly didn't pay attention to the size and was surprised to have this humongous freezer brought to my home. I love it.

Had an initial hiccup do to cancellation due to weather- was not communicated until morning of when it should have been known that weather was going to be ok- On subsequent delivery the two man crew was great, called to let me know they were on the way, accommodated a difficult entry ( had to use the back door) and quickly installed the unit

The agent called ahead with an estimate of when he would deliver my TV, and was on time with the delivery. He brought it in, unpacked it, installed it, and removed all the packaging when he left. He was professional, knowledgeable and personable.

This was my first tv purchase by Bestbuy. I bought a 65” LG OLED TV. I also purchased the setup during delivery. The service was fantastic. They took great care in unpacking and placing the tv on the stand. The Geek Squad had the tv set up in no time at all. They explained everything I needed to know and demonstratedl thoroughly. They walked me through the remote control slowly, insuring I understood. They took their time and answered all my questions. I was so impressed with the Geek Squad, I decided to purchase the 5 year extended service plan. The tv picture is phenomenal. I am very happy with my decision to use Bestbuy for my TV purchase.
