So far had a few best buy home deliveries, one was delayed they called the day of to reschedule which was very inconvenient especially if you had taken the day off of work to be present. When deliveries did come, they were very professional, kind, and clean. They were able to deliver and install both washer and dryers seamlessly.

I was contacted by the driver when they were close by so I was well prepared. I was asked to check the product before it was brought inside and they removed all packaging and took it with them. I was very appreciative.

Awesome, quick, very professional delivery service with great communication, timely arrival, and no fuss/issues of placing item (fridge) exactly where we wanted it. Was happy to tip them (generously) for their excellent work and attention to detail!

I can highly recommend Best Buy’s kitchen appliance delivery and installation services for residential customers. It saved me a lot of headache and backache trying to find a friend with a big enough truck and then trying to wrestle them into my house. The installations went flawlessly and they were very fast. I had a KitchenAid refrigerator, microwave, and oven installed all at once and it was great not having to worry about doing it myself.

All I had to do was watch the installer, sent from Best Buy, do all the work. He brought the new TV into my home, installed and adjusted it, then took away my former TV as well as the packing from the new TV, All I needed to do was answer the installer's questions and listen to the installer's explanations regarding the new TV and its abilities. Having Best Buy perform the installation was money well spent in my estimation.

I love this product first off it has a theatre sound to it like you would think it has a sound bar hooked up to it but no lol it’s louder then my Samsung which I thought had better quality & this is a open box I love it
