Bought an 85" flat screen and had it delivered and mounted by the BestBuy crew. The guys that delivered and mounted my TV were awesome. Fast, efficient and friendly. Would recommend!

Delivered on time. I had a previous issue with the first attempt at delivery. But this delivery person was courteous.

On time, quick and professional delivery. I received a call for when they would be at my house to deliver my product and they arrived when they said. It was quick and easy and they even took the box and papers with them so there was no cleanup for me to deal with.

Even though my apartment complex was completely unprofessional and had nowhere for the delivery team to dock and unload my new dryer, the delivery team quickly figured out how to get my dryer to my apartment without any incident, which I greatly appreciated as my apartment made the delivery more difficult, but the team was excellent about it and set it up for me in minutes

The Home delivery performed by Jared and Leo was excellent! They arrived within the time window promised, called ahead to let me know they were on the way, and they took precautions to protect floors, furniture, and walls as they moved the new dishwasher in and the old one out.

The same technicians delivered and installed the dishwasher. Excellent job.

Had a great experience with our first Geek Squad Delivery. They called ahead of time to let me know they would be here in an hour or so then give a call when they are closer. That was great so I had time to get dressed and not be totally embarrassed. They did not do set up, just delivery but they stuck around and asked if we had any questions about the product or set up before they left. I was kind of expecting them to just drop the package and leave like some other delivery only services do. Thank You Geek Squad :)

The home delivery arrived on time and were very courteous. They did the installation quickly and were receptive to placing the washers and dryers exactly where I requested and did not leave until satisfied. I truly appreciated when they removed the old ones they allowed me time to clean underneath before putting the new one sin and did not act like they were in a rush or being inconvenienced. I would not hesitate to pay for the delivery and installation from Best Buy again.
