Best Buy sent sub contractor out to install new General Electric Over the Range style microwave. Installer was very professional and did an excellent job on the installation. Installer was very knowledgeable, courteous and extremely efficient at his job. I would recommend using Best Buy installers.

Quick delivery and arrived on the day that was scheduled. Gald to see that there were two bring up the TV as it was quite big.

The geek squad called me first thing to let me know they'd be 20min till arrival. They called when they arrived. We're very professional came in and installed my new TV . They went over the wifi setup and the remote directions. Felt very comfortable when they left.

The delivery workers were so convenient and easy. They dropped it off, put it in place and we’re in their way. It was super quick.

I really like how bright and clear this tv is. With the Google platform I was worried saying “hey google” to my google home mini would cause problems but luckily thats not how the tv works. The HDMI ports: 2 are 60hz and two are 144hz and one of the 144hz is eARC. I haven’t used the Apple AirPlay yet but I’m glad it has its own input setting. The legs are very sturdy and keep the tv above my sound bar. One neat extra is on the feet there’s a little hook to help keep cords tucked away. (Input ports are on tv’s right side and plug on left)

These guys are professional and take their time with installs. I've had guys previously punch holes in walls and ruin the new equipment, not these guys though! They're top notch. They successfully installed my stacked washer and dryer into a pretty darn tight space.

Came within timeframe. Paid to have old refrigerator moved to garage. Then watet hooked up on this one. Smooth process.

My installer did a great job on installing my new dishwasher. It looks beautiful and fits perfectly in the space it was allotted. The installer made sure there were no leaks and everything worked perfectly before he left. He was clean professional did his job quickly but thoroughly, before he left.

The delivery was on time. The gentleman delivering my TV set were very nice, careful and set it in my living room where I requested. I was also pleased to receive text updates before arrival and along the way. This has probably been one of if not the most enjoyable delivery experiences I've encountered from a retail outlet. I have no problem putting my trust in Best Buy and their choice of hire for their delivery team. I did not require assembly or installation. However, based on this experience, I would have no problem booking those services in a future should I need them and knowing that I will have a quality experience.

Amazing tv for the price, easy setup beautiful picture

This is our 2nd install here. Two wall-hung TV's Both times the Techs were amazing. They were very professional, knowledgeable, and left everything spotless. Super happy with their service!!

The guys were awesome! Frank called me when he was on his way and gave me his ETA. They got there and immediately started to bring in the TV and get it hooked up. They were very knowledgeable and one of them hooked up the old TV and another room while Frank was explaining how to use the TV and the remote and then his partner asked me if I wanted to keep the box and I said no so he broke it down and cut out the model number and serial number and gave it to me. I thought that was really cool. Frank went over how to work the TV and the remote. It was a very awesome experience to have these two guys come and install my new 65-in Samsung TV!! Highly recommend
