I got my TV delivered by third party. overall experience is fantastic, the delivery persons are professional and handle the item with care, and they are superfast too. They gave you a call prior the delivery and let you know that they’re on their way, so that you can prepare and ready for the delivery.

Nightmare of delivery service first they had me waiting for delivery and called me 10 before the window closed to say that there's a delay and I assumed a delay this day and was told oh no they not able to come today and I would have to reschedule! I rescheduled and the delivery guy tried not to deliver saying that there wasn't any parking while I was looking out the window at two open parking spots then he came inside and moved the refrigerator and then looked under the sink and said that I didn't have a shut off valve and that he couldn't install the new refrigerator until I hired a plumber! I immediately hired a plumber who LOOKED and said that I already had a shut off valve and I was charged $140 for his service! The final delivery the same guy came out and said so you got a plumber and I told him that I didn't require because I already had a shut off valve! He chuckled and said oh I was rushing and didn't see it! I want him held accountable for this error! How many other women have been this done to? As for the delivery they did that good. As for the refrigerator it sits out further than my previous one and it moves when opening up the freezer. My first time using a French door so it will take some time to get use to.

They did an amazing job with bringing the tv in the house

I was very happy with the home delivery. The team called me in advance and quickly brought the fridge into my basement.

I love the product; however, upon installing I realized that the adapter piece was not included. My repairman said he has always seen a package with parts included. I had to run to Home Depot and purchase a whole kit just for one piece. I called Best Buy and they said it was not included but would have to purchase a kit. That was never stated when I made the purchase, otherwise I would have done so.

Product is perfect. Delivery was stellar. Quick and accurate installation. Knowledgeable delivery men explained everything I needed to know.

These guys are professional and take their time with installs. I've had guys previously punch holes in walls and ruin the new equipment, not these guys though! They're top notch. They successfully installed my stacked washer and dryer into a pretty darn tight space.

The delivery service was excellent. They brought the TV and set it down. No damage they were on time and scheduling was very easy.
