Great fast delivary they brought in in house very friendly

This is the second time I've gotten home delivery from Best Buy. The first was my fridge and the second was my TV. Both times went extremely well. There was a small hiccup in finding my apartment complex but it's only due to how strange the layout is of the complex. The delivery men were really professional and personable, they were right on time as expected and the whole process was effortless.

The sales person in appliances, Albert, at store 552 is knowledgeable and great at assisting with suggestions. My wife and I were in town from Colorado, since we’re moving to Florida. He was able to help us with our refrigerator choice and we look forward to his help with our other appliances. Unfortunately, the sale with him through the internet did not work, but he deserves recognition for his commitment and help with our purchase. Thank you Albert

Polite but inconvenienced by my install and my questions. They were not rude but clearly didn't want to deal with me. It very much felt like they were trying to get it hooked up and leave and quickly as possible. However, when my stove arrived there were some issue. One, the stove came with two left cast iron grate covers rather than a left and a right. Two, the stove has a smart interface that was in Spanish. Unfortunately I do not speak nor read Spanish, however the gentlemen did, so I asked for assistance in changing it to English. They responded by telling me to read the manual as they were unfamiliar with the stove. Although that may have been true I did not feel it was to much to ask for guidance to get through the menus as I could not read the language. They very reluctantly helped me but it seemed as though I was an extreme inconvenience and wasting their time. I didn't feel like this was to much to ask but maybe I'm wrong. Regardless, between having to be on the phone for 4 hours today for customer service to replace a part for my brand new stove and the installation, I will no longer be buying major appliances from Best Buy. Not to mention the previous issues I have run into with their other services such as "warranties" on major appliances. As a long time customer and former employee I am deeply disappointed in this companies services. Today was just the final straw for me.

Home delivery was easy and seamless. They showed up and set up my new tv within about 30 minutes.

Best buy reps were great. Very friendly and explained things so that this old man could understand. Highly recommend.

Great communication leading up to delievery. Delievery was on time. It was an extremely heavy double wall oven. They got it in the house and placed where I wanted. The guys definitely got a work out and I was appreciative.

They guys that brough this to me were so fast it was crazy, the whole process was very easy to do. I placed my order on line and the whole time I was notified of the delivery, when it was coming and when. The whole experience was great.

Shipping good and the switch 2 is fun but not that different than the switch 1/oled
