Great performing dishwasher appliance. Love the setting options for cleaning, stainless steel finish, and low noise level when the unit is operating.

We are very happy with our delivery and set up. We did pay to have Geek Squad come in as we have an older receiver and speakers and weren’t sure how to set it up. We had two guys deliver the TV, mount it to the wall and set up our sound system. We could not be happier with their expertise and overall service!!

My husband and I are both in our late sixties and neither of us are very tech savvy. Because of covid, we asked the delivery guys to just leave the box outside and my husband and I carried it in. We also set it up by ourselves. My husband knows less about electronics than I do so it was my responsibility to plug everything in and get it up and running. Judging from previous experiences, I figured it would probably take a couple of days. This is truly an intuitive and smart TV! I had it all set up in less than an hour! I was very pleasantly surprised! It has a really cool solar-powered remote. However, it is very different than other remotes I've had in the past. I had to use my phone to figure out how to work the remote, but now that I understand it, it's great! The picture is excellent! The sound from the TV speakers is surprisingly good for a flat screen TV. We do have a Bose speaker that I hooked up. Another pleasant surprise was how easily this television paired with our other devices. Like the Bose speaker, my cell phone and our Blu-ray DVD player. This is like a Smart TV for Dummies! We hesitated to buy a television online without seeing it in person, but because of covid, we decided to take the chance. Not an issue. We are very satisfied with our purchase! Plus we were also eligible for 24 months financing, same as cash. That really helps a lot when you're living on a fixed income! I would recommend this model without reservations.

Friendly people and really appreciate how quick they were

I was hesitant to use best buy again after a bad experience the first time I had them deliver appliances. I decided to give them another shot recently when amazon destroyed 3 98 inch tvs in a row through their delivery service providers. I was pleasantly surprised when they showed up on time and even let me unbox the item in my garage to test it before they left. As long as best buy has competitive prices and items I want I will definitely be using them again.

Delivery guys arrived right on time on the early side of the scheduled time .. brought the TV in to my front porch where it was easier to unbox. Courteous and professional .. saved me from having to borrow a truck to pick up at store

The delivery pre-checklist was a great reminder of why I needed to do to prepare the space for the Washer and Dryer delivery. Unfortunately the installer couldn’t locate the information about the haul away that I had paid for for both of them, and because of an account merge issue, my receipt was sent to an old work email that I couldn’t access. After calling and being told I would be on hold for over 30 min to try to prove that I had paid for the haul away, I tried to access a live agent through the app. I got to talk to someone right away. I think being a total tech member put me to the front of the list and contacting Best Buy through the app was a good experience. They saw the email issue, sent me a new receipt I could print out and prove that I had paid for the haul away. Thankfully in the process of me working on all that, the delivery team located the haul away instructions and were able to take my old Washer/Dryer with them. The installer sadly didn’t use the broom that was there in the room and because I was on the phone with Best Buy when he pulled out the old units, I couldn’t properly clean out the area. So I have new units on a very dirty floor. I wish they did a better job with a basic cleaning service. I would even pay for it as a add on because I don’t feel comfortable unhooking and pulling my washer and dryer out to clean behind them so this is a crucial time to tidy that area. Overall it was installed and set up properly and has been working well ever since.

I am now extremely happy that a nightmare has been solved and a terrific installation of what should’ve been a simple purchase of a television and installation and it’s all due to David and Nate who cut to the Chase with the store and did a quick clean proper install the opposite of the third party contractor Who was first hired to install and left me with a broken TV on the wall. David and Nate really go the extra mile. So thankful that the real geek squad showed up to install the replacement TV.

Delivery was quick, clean and professional. Highly recommend if you’re not a great handyman to let the pros from Best Buy do the work for you.

Home delivery was very fast and guys were professional. They placed it right where I wanted it.

Overall it was great. It’s unfortunate that if I don’t pay for it, since I didn’t want to mount my tv (LG OLED 77 inch), the delivery guys just brought my tv in and that’s it. But I feel like simply taking it out of the box and just putting it on the base the tv comes with should have been included considering that it’s in the best interest of best buy to ensure the tv works in terms of picture quality and no damage during delivery. It takes a couple of minutes and it would provide that assurance for the business the tv was purchased from lol. But apparently jsut for the delivery guys to put the tv on the tv mount it came with originally, I would have had to pay the same price as if I would have wanted wall mounting service. But wall mounting required significant care and precision, so I don’t know how the is no differentiation in pricing. Delivery overall was just that… it was delivered to my living room and that’s it. Considering how I didn’t even want it wall mounted, I did not want to pay over 200$ for them to just put it on the stand it came with. I don’t understand how such little effort when compared to actual wall mounting that I feel takes much more effort and time could cost the same amount of money. Makes no sense. But the guys were nice, except when I did not know that they don’t even just put it on the tv stand it came with, and the guy said, “you would have to pay for that”. And I don’t think that I should have to after spending over 2000$ for a 77” tv to simply just be put on its own stand. I dont need someone to set up my Netflix and connect my tv to the internet, but I sure wish it wouldn’t cost me 200$ just to have two strong males take my very large tv out of the box and just… put it on the stand and check to make sure the screen isn’t broken. Instead my tv was in the box for 2-3 more weeks so I could get that help from available friends as I live alone and surely am a 5 feet tall 100 pound female lol. So that was unfortunate even if the delivery of a $2000+ very large tv was “free”. But there is no small charge I can request to just do that one thing I couldn’t do myself, that takes limited time. :( 200$ is too much for 70% of the services I don’t even need or want. Need a quick and cheap enough service for just simply standing the tv up please? I hope that becomes available for like 50$ or so. I think that would be great for your customers that need really the bare minimum for such a large purchase.

Loving this TV so far! I don't upgrade my TVs very often and generally focus on deals, and this I couldn't pass up on a deal for a 75". The features and picture are great for a budget model and the software is much improved over my last Samsung TV. The sound is very thin on its own, but I paired with a very entry level Samsung soundbar via bluetooth and the sound is now more than enough from a budget setup.

The nicest guys and very conscientious about my home and environment. If i need something else installed, i hope its them.
