Had an issue with the 3rd party delivery company on my original delivery date. I live in an apartment 2nd floor parking can be a pain but when they came we were telling them to park in a certain spot and the guy was saying the trees are too low when the very next day someone else had a delivery and the truck was just as big if not bigger and parked exactly where I wanted that guy to park. I mean the truck had graffiti on the back of it so I'm not sure why he was too worried about the top of it hitting a few branches. So because he didn't want to park there I didn't get my fridge that day it was literally right in front of us and they didn't do it. Needless to say I had to reschedule a couple days later and had to use an ice chest till then since I barely moved in to my new apartment. The next delivery date was successful and I believe the guys where two different men this time and completed the delivery and where friendly and fast. The fridge and freezer got cold pretty quick and having it for about a week it's been working great! The only 2 things I don't like are the racks because the spaces are a little too wide that it's hard for items to stand. Im getting something solid to put ontop. Also the freezer is a little small but it's doable for my lil family of 4. Other than that we love it.

TV is still working after a few years. Definitely was worth the money. Best buy always has the best quality honestly. It's a tcl so I'm honestly shocked, I'm use to using bigger brand names.

Great guys professional installation looks great nice tv

My husband and I are both in our late sixties and neither of us are very tech savvy. Because of covid, we asked the delivery guys to just leave the box outside and my husband and I carried it in. We also set it up by ourselves. My husband knows less about electronics than I do so it was my responsibility to plug everything in and get it up and running. Judging from previous experiences, I figured it would probably take a couple of days. This is truly an intuitive and smart TV! I had it all set up in less than an hour! I was very pleasantly surprised! It has a really cool solar-powered remote. However, it is very different than other remotes I've had in the past. I had to use my phone to figure out how to work the remote, but now that I understand it, it's great! The picture is excellent! The sound from the TV speakers is surprisingly good for a flat screen TV. We do have a Bose speaker that I hooked up. Another pleasant surprise was how easily this television paired with our other devices. Like the Bose speaker, my cell phone and our Blu-ray DVD player. This is like a Smart TV for Dummies! We hesitated to buy a television online without seeing it in person, but because of covid, we decided to take the chance. Not an issue. We are very satisfied with our purchase! Plus we were also eligible for 24 months financing, same as cash. That really helps a lot when you're living on a fixed income! I would recommend this model without reservations.

The microwave works well. The only thing that I don’t like is the light underneath is a dim orangish color light. I would like it to be brighter so I can use it as a nightlight.

It's been about a year since i purchased this TV and most say i couldn't be more happy with it. The picture is perfect, the sound is high quality and the color is vivid. Not to mention the extra features like all of the free channels plus the pre-installed apps. The magic remote is also great and easy to use. I'm still thrilled about my purchase and I got a great sale price as well! I'll update again soon.

The installation team was very friendly, courteous and professional. They quickly went about removing the existing microwave oven, assessed the installation space and completed installation of the new microwave in less than 15 minutes, then checked the operation to make sure it was operating correctly before they left. The professional installation was well worth the cost. I highly recommend using this service.

Best range I’ve ever purchased! We’ve used the double oven and air fryer! Chefs kiss! Highly recommend! 10/10! Shot out to Steve over at the Brentwood store and Odis at Bridgeton Outlet! I used Best Buy's home delivery service to delivery my washer and dryer set I purchased in May 2023. I had never used them before and was a little nervous given all the pre-arrival emails/texts and tasks I was sent. However, it was a seamless process, and helped to ensure that I was prepared and ready to welcome the two machines. I received a call the day of arrival, and they came exactly on time! They delivered my machines to the 2nd floor and in less than 15 minutes they were in my home! It was incredibly fast, and easy, and the guys that helped me were very kind. Delivered a replacement TV. Courteous and great communication. They were in and out and did not make it feel overly rushed. In other words I was bout an inconvenience to them. Very happy with it.
