I had a regular google device and bouth 4 minis for the rest of the house and it works well. Still learning all the functions but for $25 it is worth it. One can spend $25 at a McDonalds in one seating so if it doesnt turn out the way you expected it, think of it as a dinner with the kids and move on :)

This thing is sweet! I have had this for over a year and I use it everyday! I can do anything I want with this! I use it to turn on my tv with my chrome cast ultra and set up my hue lights to it to turn them on for me! This is such a cool device and one I think is better than any other voice-assistant.

I am always going to Google for info.....this is by far the most convenient of all my Android devices. Mini is still learning things but is a great source for quick limited responses.

Works well with the Google Home and fits well with decor. I did not like that the mini was charcoal and cord was white.

Perfect for the kids to have in their rooms. Tricky on getting multiple devices to not react and to sync to play music.

Nice little device. Voice commands work well. I use mine for an alarm clock and to play background music in my bedroom. Overall sound quality is better than the Amazon Dot. However, the Dot can be connected to a sound system via a 3.5mm audio cable, effectively turning it into a much richer sounding voice activated system - for me, that's a big advantage to the DOT. The Home Mini connects via Chromecast. That only works on my TV.

Bought this as a Christmas gift for my friend's teenaged daughter. She absolutely loves it. She uses it mostly to play music but also loves how knowledgeable Google is and often asks it random questions. The speaker quality is pretty good for its size.

Great inexpensive addition to the Google home family. Sound is not as good as original home speaker but that's expected.

As long as you don't need the GH to play great sounding music, this is a great option to have in a less frequently used room or office.

Great for playing a radio station. Very limited when you have it play back a particular song or group, it will try to get yo u to sign up for their music service. Overall works well.

I added two of these in the house to go along with my google home hub and couldn’t be better. I can be in the kitchen and broadcast to other areas of the house of my son to come without me screaming ... I also put the speakers in a group and love the rich sound of music flowing through the house

Love it. Very easy to setup. Added it to the kitchen so we can send music to my whole house audit system (comprised of other google assistant enabled speakers, Chromecast audio and On-Q system. On top of this it was free with the purchase of the Google Home Hub (now called the Google Nest Hub).

Upload all of your music for free to google play music and then tell the mini what to play from your music and it will!

One of the best purchases I've made and for $25 plus a gitfcard you could't beat that!! Very happy with my google home.

Works well,answers the tv sometimes. Doesn’t always have the answers. Keeps coming up with I’m still learning, or I don’t understand the question! We’re still learning how to use it!

I love this device I use it to control my sons tv that’s setup with a chrome cast. Plan to purchase another for my room

It works as expected and has all the features I expected because I researched before I bought. For what it is you can't go wrong. Only issue is the light, which is stupidly designed because you almost always can't see it if the device is placed above eye level. Amazon got it right with echo, so I'm not sure why Google didn't notice this design flaw on the Mini. Otherwise it's a great device and really handy when finding your phone.

These lil babys are gems that are place all over the house. They come in handy if I am in the basement and feel like listening to some tunes or I need a light turned on anywhere. If I feel like watching a netflix original and have dirty hands I can just say "Hey Google watch netflix and it just works!

We have the Alexa and the Google home and we much prefer the home and this newest product is very cool and works well.

Great price for great product. When you ask hey Google it usually comes back with the right answer.
