Compact but powerful. Nice look with smooth fabric. Voice activated and and easy to setup.

My house is voice controlled. Lights, tv, music, heating and air conditioning. and to a lesser extent Sonos. If it's good enough for bill gates to wander about commanding his house, it's good enough for me. And answers to questions are spoken back (not just a URL link). It's always improving, and of course Google's experts are just a phone call away, 24x7, if you need them. All in all, so much better than Alexa.

We got a google home as a gift and use it in the living room. We liked it so much we picked up one of these minis for our bedroom. Definitely comes in handy more than you might think.

I enjoyed it for a couple of days before purchasing a smart bulb and a plug which didn't connect with the google home mini. Purchase a amazon alexa connected in 5 minutes. I do hope google update this soon.

The Google Home mini does everything it says it does, although some features don't function as well as others. It can't read multiple calendars if you have them set up which is unfortunate. The speakers are surprisingly loud. Would use this to replace my Bluetooth speaker but unfortunately it isn't portable and has to be plugged it at all times. Setting timers and reminders is quick and easy. Unfortunately I don't have any other "smart" home products so I wasn't able to use this to its full potential. The white color looks nice but the rubber bottom of the mini is a lint/dust magnet.

Affordable way to get into home assistants. I have both Alexa devices and Google Homes. I preferred Alexa initially but as the Google Home matured I shifted my home over. It’s not as good at Alexa at understanding the difference members of my family but it seems more useful as it has access to Googles library of information and is able to reply with answers, where Alexa would reply with an I don’t know.

If you're looking for a digital assistant with natural voice recognition and have an Android phone, this may be for you. The only drawback is sound quality, but this product isn't really about that: Look for a regular Google Home or Home Max for sound quality.

By placing these around my house the hands free access to music, internet, and more is simplified and cheaper than full google home devices. Creating groups to cast the music is key.

I bought 2 of these. I have the main google assistant in the family room and put one mini in the living room and the other in the master bedroom. I am able to use them as a intercom.

Haven't worked with this other than to connect it to the Internet - which was easily accomplished. "She" has some trouble understanding what I ask her to do but we are working on it!

Great sound, easy setup. I used it to turn off and on Christmas tree with the help of ihome plugin.

Very reasonably priced. Purchased with Hue lighting system. Easy to set up. Works great.

The sound quality is okay not great but okay. I stream music almost all day and using Google to get music makes it easy. Google is not too bright but gets me news and information without having to use my phone. Don't play it too loud or it will get distorted. It's limits are what you subscribe to. Google should lower the price especially on the older models. I would like a better sound quality so I guess an upgrade is in order. This level is a great price to learn to use Google AI.

I got this puck because we just revamped out patio/indoor swimming pool. We are always grilling and enjoying the evening lights and I wanted some music and didn't want to use my phone. Ordered the Mini online and in an hour picked it, brought it home, installed it, and away we went. Sounds great and now when the kids are outside, I can broadcast and still get a response.

Awesome addition to my Google Home. Allows me to have music playing in multiple places at once and answer questions, like read me the news! Very cool product.

The sound was surprisingly good for its size. For an alternative to the full size version it's great. Price is good too especially if you catch it on sale.
