The Google shone is very useful. I use it to play music, know the weather, and tell me what I have on my schedule. But it sometimes gets glitchy with the WiFi connection and it also doesn’t recognize my voice well enough.

My opinion is that this Google Mini is a better product than the Amazon Echo. I have both and the GM does a much better job with information searches.

While it may not be perfect, it is helpful in many ways. The shopping list feature is great for my young kids to tell us when we run out of something.

I was skeptical of getting a smart home device, because I didn’t see the use of it. Now I’m addicted. It is so nice to be able to walk around and ask google questions or to play music or to turn the lights on. We got a smart thermostat too so I can be under the covers upstairs and ask google to turn the temp up without having to get up.

Google mini is great. Easy to hook up. Volume is great. Better than Alexa.

after I got my mini a friend saw it and had to have one. now he's bought one for someone else as a Christmas gift. We're all very satisfied with them!

Have the Google Home...this is every bit as good as the home..! Have the Alexa...think this is better! Love this little guy..!! And great pricing too!

If Sonos is out of price range and you are just looking for background music options in all your rooms these little things get the job more than done.

Got Google Mini, because my sister-in-law had one, and I saw what this little gadget could do. We leave the dog home and in a crate when we are gone. ask Google to play our favorite radio station and it streams the music for the dog to listen to while are gone. Ask forecast or weather and it responds right away, even ask it to tell you a joke!!

Purchased the Google Home Mini for my bedroom since i already have the full sized one in the kitchen. Can't get enough of these smart Google products!

This is my third Google Home mini purchase. I snagged this one for my secret Santa present on Black Friday. I mostly use mine for playing music, turning on lights, turning on my TV, and watching TV with my chromecast. This thing is well worth the money if you’re lazy like me and would rather say “Ok Google, turn on my lights!” than get up and hit the switch.

This is a must have item its Bluetooth functions are awesome make phone calls ask to play ur music and also information about everything its real cool

I wasn't sure how I would use this at first. I really love it, when I'm busy running around the house in the morning, I check the time, my commute, listen to music, create shopping lists and ask google for the occasional joke. The best part is it's all hands free and I don't have to stop what I'm doing. I'm sure I will find lots more uses for it. I got one for my Mom also.

I use the mini primarily as a speaker for music, and the ability to cast makes it very simple easily access music and media on different devices. It is far better than blu tooth. The nifty google tools are cool gimmicks but don't factor into my day to day usage of the product that often. But as a free add on to another purchase, it's been an excellent value. I don't know if I would pay $50 for the product given the mediocre sound quality, if the primary usage is going to be as a music speaker.

Bought this as a gift for my mom! She loves it! It was a little hard to get the idea of how to use at first but as time goes on, I am sure she will figure out all the hidden gems...for the price, it is worth trying out!

I loveee this gadget. It's my personal Wikipedia. I don't have to get up to look for what time it is. All I have to say. "Hey Google what time is it"

I bought this for my wife as an early Christmas gift and she absolutely loves it; almost like she has a new friend to hang out with around the house.

Easy to set up. Takes up little space. Mounted on an outlet shelf that I bought on amazon. Like having it in more than one room.

Great speaker, fun size for the kitchen, as you can use it while cooking.

You’re looking to get into the world of Google assistant and the connected home stuff to Google then this is a no-brainer first purchase. It’s small and compact and has all the features that the full-size products hat. The only negative is that the speaker isn’t that wonderful. Works great as a desk or a next your bed but don’t expect to be able to hear it across the room.
