I like the google home mini because I don't have to fire up my computer to check on: weather, news, specific news to include sport news(which I don't follow), temperature, traffic, sunrise, sunset, spelling of words, business locations, hours, and associated phone numbers, and the list goes on. It is the most capable device for the money I know of. Plus, it will play whatever genre of music you request. It is truly amazing for the money; it is like having a library of resources at your beck and call. In addition, if you say "hey" or "ok" google call (Now say the 10 digit phone number) google will make the call; at the end of the call you just say "hey" or "ok" google hang up. You cannot go wrong with this device for this purchase price!

I bought this for my son and he loves it. Good volume but sound quality could be better. Great value for the the price.

I bought the black Google Home mini for another room in my place and to supplement my main Google Home. The microphone is great, sound from the speaker is awesome, and it was super easy to set up. Not bad at all for the price.

I bought this for my gf who was trying to compare it to Amazon Echo. At the end of the day, she has been using both Amazon Echo and the Home Mini for different reasons. She generally uses it to play music from Youtube and research articles. Even though it is small, it is loud enough to hear from afar.

I live my Google home. IMO, it's much better than the echo dot.

The wife wants me to get more for the other rooms of the house.

Good but not as smart with home automation products as Alexa l.

We have 2 of these & love them so much we bought one for my mom & father in law. They love them as well. It works great, easy to set up & use. I'd definitely recommend getting one or two.

So far having fun with this. Just learning all that it has to offer. I like that you can connect to external speakers.

I picked one up to simplify home theater controls, and it does a good job with Logitech Harmony home systems. It also acts as a surprisingly good music player, and the voice controls have been responsive.

We have a Google Home upstairs, so my son wanted this mini downstairs. It's a great little speaker. We like to ask Google about the movies we are watching, or the actors etc. It's nice to have a hands free way to get answers.

Getting the hang of it. Usually forget I have it, but it does well for an AI. Excited to start the smart home process.

I have these in every bedroom and the main living space. Google broadcast is the most amazing thing when my kids don't hear me calling them. :) I love using it away from home if someone doesn't answer their phone. Great alarm clocks, reminders, quick answers, and so much more!
