These things are everywhere. Love that you can play music on multiple devices throughout the house.

The Google Home Mini is a nice addition to my phone office. I got it free when I purchased another item at Best Buy. I already had an Amazon Echo with Alexa and IMO Alexa is still the front-runner in this game. Alexa is smarter when asking her questions and can be linked with more music services and smart devices. If you are already in the Google Eco-system the Google Home Mini will be a nice addition to your other products but right now cannot beat Alexa. Google will likely get smarter and more useful over time with future updates.

It's an average speaker and it had hard time hearing my commands. Initially it was exciting to use it but later on it became useless for me as I don't have many home automation devices.

As part of my Nest Thermostat purchase, I was able to get this little speaker and of course was impressed with the accurate and rapid responses when engaging the speaker itself. Sometimes it misunderstood what devices I had in the home, but that was more a user fault than device fault due to naming variations setup in my smart home.

Easy to use, works fine. Have several and combine in a group with the Home unit and play music all over the house
