The Geek Squad did a nice job installing the new Orbi system. They ran into difficulties when trying to install the new Arris modem. They could not get the new system up and running with the new modem, because it was defective. They had to reinstall the old modem in order to get the entire system up and running again.

Geek squad worked quickly and installed everything as I asked. They pointed out that I didn't need a new modem, which saved some money. I always use Geek installation because they are good and can handle any unexpected problems much better than I could do.

Both men got things set up and took the time to explain things...even been in contact one service person as small problem can up and he talk me through it. He made one revisit a couple days after when he could not figure what did not get connected right he came in and in about 10 minutes he corrected it. Great service.

Am a disabled vet needing new tech to help me when I'm intermittently bedridden. My federal job cannot assist with docs I need, by law, & per Bob in your Savh GA store, Xfininity, is my only option which I already knew. Having been a merchandiser in this store 10 yrs ago, & seeing some of the best, brightest techs be chased away is very sad. I've been in your store, can spot shrink a mile away before it happens & often talk to retail contacts to make sure we know of local resources, avoid theft, & all go forward as often as possible. Needing a new laptop & all in 1, you lost my business. I will let my vets, vendors, & families know of this as well. There are ~2K+ of us worldwide. U can delete my acct as appliances, vacuums, & other items are on my list. No 1 needs to contact me. Your website is bunk as as its not easily navigable for me or my senior spouse. Being a daytrader & on computers since the 80s, with a senior spouse @IBM in the 70s, you blew it. Bye!!!!

The gentlemen were over their heads so they brought in an expert tech. Got it all done right the first time. They needed the extra help because of my special setup.

The guys took down our old TV put up the new TV set it up and reconnected all of our devices. Showed us how to use the TV and sound bar.

The agents finally did a good job setting up our home modem network. Multiple previous attempts by the Geek Squad had resulted in great disappointment and frustration but this final visit with a new set of agents did the trick

I wish I could it .ore than 5 stars. Best buy is lucky have Paul all the installs and setup he has done for us has kept us coming back. If you check our purchase history the Geek squad is the reason.

The Technician that came to install the wifi, ring cameras, and network set up was great.

The tech hooked up my cable and Wi-Fi. Was knowledgeable in how to set up. I couldn’t have done it.
