geek squad is very efficient and always get the job done right. i have never been unhappy with their service. that says a lot for me and i don't even think they will make a mistake.

Excellent Product and helpful techs! Netgear has proven reliable and I would not use anything else or have anyone else handle my tech installations.

The agent was great fixed the problem with my modem and router saving us money on a new system. He then set up our printer so it worked wireless as well. Very patient and explained everything to us.

The two agents came to my home, did their work and solved my problem. They were friendly and helpful in that they explained to me what the problem was and how they were going about solving it.

Gray, she did an outstanding job installing and getting the modem installed and working. I highly recommend having her do your installation for you. I feel she is more than qualified to do an installation for all of your electronic needs.

Upon arrival the agent looked at the product I had purchased and told me it wasn't going to work. He helped with some other issues I had and I was very pleased

Install team were great - however after trying lots of stuff, they determined that my old Surface could not connect to the new router. Ended up buying a new one.

New modem and router were connected and questions about equipment were answered. Josh was personal and professional. His expertise was evident while he could explain things to two old technology-challenged people. Great experience!

I have used Geek Squad several times and was happy with the service. This visit was a bit different. The service provider was very pleasant but not sure how much knowledge he had. He was here for a long time and, in the end, did get my printer/scanner up and running but not on my usual search engine. I know have to use Microsoft Edge to print anything instead of Google Chrome which is what I have used for everything. Doesn't make sense to me and is causing me a headache!!!!!
