Professional and courteous service and would call them again

After listening to the tech from Geek Squad deal with Cox Communications I was so glad I had a Geek Squad tech handle the set up

This service was to mount and setup 10 TVs and three full stereo systems. Unfortunately it seemed the first installation was not done correctly and team had to return a second time. But the second team did not do all correctly so team came back a third time. I gave up and fixed all problems myself vice having someone come out a third time. Speakers were hooked up to wrong wall connections, two new DVD players would not work, so they must not have been tested when hooked up, etc. The consultation was great but crews used for doing actual installations were poor or were not familiar with gear and remotes. Very expensive for what I ended up getting.

I never would have had the patience (or know-how) to make this happen. Service provider makes it so difficult/slow

The agent solved the problem of why my modem wasn't communicating with my computer. So happy someone finally found the problem and corrected it.

Josh installed a new router and network to replace the new Spectrum router that crippled my system.

Geek Squad hooked up my Wifi, contacted provider and made sure all devices were working properly before leaving. Easily explained the app and answered all my questions before leaving.

Was told I would get a call within 24 hrs to confirm and they didn’t call till day of only for sound bar which he said he couldn’t set up and made me sign and left no call no show for modem. Rescheduled modem and day of then cancelled and wanted to reschedule after I took another day off work. Deplorable service. I plan to cancel and get refund.

Technician was professional, courteous, through and proficient in setting up the new router. Kept me informed of what he was doing,

the team did an excellent job installing my new TV and connecting it to the WiFi and controller. since it went onto the wall they were diligent at getting it centered and straight on the wall mount arm!

Agent competely installed the modem and every thing has worked well since.

The guys from Geek Squad arrived and were very professional and helpful with my home network setup. Made it super easy for me!

Took advantage my totaltech membership with my new Wi-Fi setup. Saved me a couple of hours of down time from doing it myself.

The Geek Squad showed as promised but had trouble installing the modem due to the wrong info provided by Comcast. He returned and completed the installation.
