The Geek Squad showed as promised but had trouble installing the modem due to the wrong info provided by Comcast. He returned and completed the installation.

I have used Geek Squad several times and was happy with the service. This visit was a bit different. The service provider was very pleasant but not sure how much knowledge he had. He was here for a long time and, in the end, did get my printer/scanner up and running but not on my usual search engine. I know have to use Microsoft Edge to print anything instead of Google Chrome which is what I have used for everything. Doesn't make sense to me and is causing me a headache!!!!!

The process of setting up the appointment was a nightmare. I also wanted to talk to someone in the store Geek Squad. You xannot. The appt window was 7 am to 9 pm. Couldnt get a more specific time. Done with them forever.

The Agent tracked down the WiFi issue very quickly and made g to he correct adjustments from there. He answered all our questions and solved those issues as well.

The Geeks set up my new Arris modem and extended my wi-fi to the very ends of my very long one story home.
